When he arrived, we discussed various possibilities for both bathrooms, with Kevin showing us how he would achieve the results we desired in detail. The work he does is very timely and thorough. He keeps us briefed during the course of the day. He uses floor coverings and covered shoes as well as cleaning the area under construction at the end of the day.  All the attention to detail paid off with our two upgrades looking as beautiful as they can be! They were also on time and on budget.  We highly recommend Kevin at Haus Evolution for your next project.

Christopher and his crew at Starlight Professional Services power washed and painted the exterior…read moreof our cottage and garage for us. I primarily communicated with him through Yelp and the quote he gave me was reasonable, but he really won the job when I met him in person before making my final decision on who to have do the work. He impressed me with his sincerity, and he provided references who backed up my impression of him. I'm so glad I hired him! Not only did he do everything he promised, but he even did some things we hadn't asked for. His honesty and integrity are very obvious in his work and in his way of managing his business relationships. I highly recommend him and he'll be the first one I call if we need help with maintaining our "Up North" property in the future.

When I first met Daniel and Amy they were very nice. They gave me estimates on the things that I…read morewanted done. They came to my house couple of times the first time to deliver supplies and the second time to start to re-do my bathroom floor tile and ceiling. Twice they had excuses for why they didn't show up. When they did show up they mudded a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 hole in my ceiling but never finished it and pull my toilet and put it in the hallway on my carpet. Buyer beware because I was told by Daniel that they charge $45 an hour. Only to find out from my brother who handled the remodel, that they charge $90 an hour. So I had given them $800 via PayPal. I pulled one of my jobs which was deck staining but let them do my bathroom. They walked out on their job leaving my toilet in the hall. And I gave them $800 down payment and they refused to give me any money back. I don't know how they can justify $800 for the very little bit of work that they actually did. I think they charged $90 an hour for coming back-and-forth and talking on the phone and things like that. I requested $650 back and they refused. I will be taking them to court. If you use these people make sure you have everything written down the hourly rate. Had I known the hourly rate being $90, I would never have fired them in the first place. I've dealt with a lot of repair people and Renovation people. I have never never experienced anything like this. So be wary of hiring them because I know I lost $800 for Very very little work.
