Zach arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning our starts and upholstered chairs. He explained the process and how to best take care of the carpet after he left. It was recommended that I vacuum the carpet after it was dry before walking on it which I really appreciated. Zach wore shoe covers which I also appreciated since I had just washed the floors!
