Called their emer #, left msg but has been over 24 hrs and no response. Called back ofc # for some kind of resolution, reached voice mail again, over 2 hrs ago and no response. Aren't generators supposed to work when power goes off in an ice storm?? I'm flattering the office worker with one star. Very poor customer service on this one.
