Jarell came out to help me with some battery trouble when I couldn't start my car after dropping my dog off at the vet. He got to me super quick, like 10 minutes. We got the truck jump started, but I needed a new battery. I also had to be at work, so I did not have time to go get one and install it. MY SAVIOR, Jarell, was able to handle all that. He went and bought a new battery and installed it in my truck at my office. Wonderful guy! Outstanding service! 10/10 will recommend to any and everyone.

The problem I have is they use the same truck that was sent. If a different truck wasn't sent to tow my delivery vehicle why was I charged a double from what I was quoted? My driver did say it was an Isuzu box truck 350 with cab over engine. Don't know how you can get that mixed up. Just think they're very dishonest.

Calling roadside assistance was a chore, but that's another review. Without keys, we were told "specialized equipment" was needed to assist. And then to the rescue this wrecker was dispatched. The dispatcher on his first communication to me was to say they DIDNT WANT TO TOW BECAUSE... It mattered not what their reason was, but the fact that I was in need & time was not on our side, it was on the brink of 9p... Then they sent me a text saying they would be there in 21 mins. After an hour I called and the woman who answered the call said it would be at least 30 mins minimum. It is interesting to note that either the company or progressive links you a tracking site. On that site the tow truck NEVER moved from their Kenner office. What a joke. After two hours I called THREE BROTHERS QUICK TOWING AND THEY QUOTED 10-15 mins and they arrived 10 mins later! The lady they have handling the business end of things is a nightmare of an individual. We were towed from a location that had no signage and when I requested the name of the property owner who had us towed (which she is required to give) she refused. Then this lady accused me of removing the signs like I walk around with a screw driver roving parking signs. My recommendation to everyone who has dealt with these shady ass individuals is to look up the laws regarding the way you were towed, the fees charged and the laws surrounding them releasing your vehicle and the information they are required to give you based off state law. Now these people have pissed me off to the point that I'm taking this as far as I can go and I hope those of you that have been disenfranchised by this shady acres business model they have so the same. The customer service leave much to be desired. The lady that calls and sends the text messages does not have an ounce of compassion, professionalism or Jesus in her. My advice to anyone who has the misfortune of dealing with this trash company is that you look up the laws and statutes that apply to your situation. And Chilangos actually rents the parking lot for their customers via valet parking, which I learned after paying $350. Neither of these operators are posting properly or trying to take care of their customers. it's a money grab for On Time Towing. theres a reason why your ratings are low. like Spike Lee says, "do the right thing"!
