So yummy! The teriyaki chicken was so tender and cooked really really well. It had a perfect amount of sauce on it and the noodles were fantastic. They also had a perfect amount of sauce on them and we're cooked to perfection. My husband got the orange chicken and his was also very good but he got the house noodles and he preferred the lo mein noodles like what I got. I also got their homemade Boba tea and it was so delicious. I can't wait to try more flavors. We will definitely be eating here again and recommend it! read more

We've lived in Navarre for 20 years now and Peking House used to be our go-to Chinese restaurant. Then the quality nose-dived for years and years. The new owners have absolutely turned the restaurant around. I read promising reviews that led me to give it another chance after the new owners took over. I'm so glad I did! Everything we have eaten there since the change over has been exceptional. I don't have to drive to FWB to get my Chinese food fix any more! Thank you, Peking House! read more

We have gotten take-out several times since new management took over. They have made huge improvements in the food and service since reopening. The new art work inside is beautiful too. It's still not great chinese food because it still seems toned down for the elderly, white FL demographic. They are much better now at giving you a decent heat level if you specify that you want it very hot. The flavor and spice levels would make this a 2-3 star restaurant in any major city or area with a large Chinese community. But it is the best you're going to find in Navarre, and they have been very friendly no matter how I order. read more

I was very excited to try this place, it was awful, I got the pork Lo mein combo and my wife got the sesame chicken combo, also ordered dumplings and crab Rangoon. The combo plates had a bad odor to them, the dumplings and crab Rangoon tasted like they were made a week ago no crisp at all and the sesame chicken was mooshy. I was soooo hesitant to try here with all the negative reviews, but really wanted take out tonight. I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews- I placed my order online (and it was so easy! Food was ready in 15 minutes) When we got home, I was pleasantly surprised that everything tasted so yummy!! Is it sit down, gourmet Chinese cuisine? Picked up an order recently that consisted of general Tsau chicken, mei fun combination noodles, crab Rangoon appetizer and two egg rolls. We loved the mei fun which was well seasoned and consisted of fresh ingredients. I'd give it a solid A rating. The generals chicken was good flavor but was a tad chewy which I think was slightly over cooked. Given the choice I will always take overcooked versus undercooked. I will give that a B- grade. The two egg rolls were just ok. Although they were cooked perfectly with flaky rolls they did lack a good flavor and I tasted a little too much cabbage. I will give them a C grade. The crab Rangoon were not up to the same standard of a pho 99 for instance. They were tough and chewy and the flavor was ok at best. I will grade them a D. The restaurant is clean and the staff was very friendly. We will come back and definitely will get the mei fun again. We'll try other things until we find our favorite items. My overall grade for the total experience is a B- read more

Keep trying to order "bone in" spareribs that are on the online menu. After creating my order, along with many items, I receive message to "include a tip"!!!! Why am I'm leaving a tip for online checkout!?!?!? Talk about taking advantage! So zero tip added and they will not allow my order to go through. This has happened several times now. Ate here for the first time last night. This is a family owned business. Grandparents, parents, teenagers and maybe a youngster as well. They were very busy and their operations were very well managed. We waited about 20 min as they had plenty of phoned in orders before us. The food was nice and fresh and good and hot, temp and flavor wise. The crab Rangoon was exceptional. For once you could see pieces of crab inside!! We had the Szechuan beef. It was very tender with nice veggie assortment. Also got the pork fried rice. It's called roasted pork but we know it as the Asian bbq pork. Service is great but the 3 stars indicate the oddity of food preparation. Sweet and sour shrimp was a container of breaded and fried shrimp with no carrots or green peppers and no sauce. Fried rice is not. It is white rice either cooked in chicken broth or with added food coloring- very bland. Egg rolls were good. Pros: + easy to order from their web site + fast delivery! + courteous and friendly delivery driver + food was smoking hot and packaged perfectly + food all looked good Cons: - egg rolls, looked good but were very bland - wonton, looked good but also very bland - tasted like old, poor quality oil was used - steamed rice was gummy and had an old taste - cashew chicken looked great; however, it was also bland and tasted of old oil and old cashews. The chicken was plentiful and the celery, carrots and water chestnuts were fresh and crisp. A good peanut or sesame oil would be great. I'd be willing to try them again if they make some changes to their cooking. read more

Would leave less if I could. Ordered beef and shrimp lo mein. Both were dry. Also got boneless spare ribs regular egg rolls and shrimp egg rolls. Check out the picture of the shrimp roll. The spare ribs were very dry as well. I got the impression from the whole meal it was made this morning and then reheated. Also the egg rolls seemed like they were a frozen store brand. We order pick up once or twice a month. We order beef and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, and either the Singapore chow mei fun or the house special mei fun. It is always delicious. We ordered this last night and it was about $40. We had it for dinner and lunch today. Sometimes we order the egg rolls or cheese wontons too. We have never been disappointed. For a small town Chinese restaurant this place is great. Most of the newer/better reviews are since the new owners took over so when we moved we decided to try it the first night. The chicken and broccoli was great as was the General Tso chicken. I did specify hot for the chicken and broccoli and both came out with some heat to them but the flavor was pretty good so the heat on the second dish didn't really bug anyone. As people who love small town businesses and family run restaurants we will be making this one of our staple spots in the area. read more
