Today, I thought we could go there again. The person at the register and I had an obvious language barrier... but I have no idea why anyone would think it would be a good idea to put him on the register. I tried to ask if the noodles were vegan. He did not understand, but I tried to ask in another way. Didn't understand still. I told him I have allergies. He didn't seem to know what that was either. Every time I said something, he would nearly shout back and kept putting his head down and make a combination of growl and sigh sound like I was so frustrating and me asking simple questions was super inconvenient. We ended up walking out and not ordering. I would've preferred to eat there vs the Taco Bell I ended up with, but I will not give that place my business again. It was both frustrating and embarrassing to be treated like that for asking questions. They should've had someone at the register who is fluent in English and capable of providing customer service to patrons.

I really like the tuna and avocado appetizer that was really good. We got the creamy tonkotsu, and black garlic tonkotsu. They were out of protein for the ramen by 2pm so that's not very good to run out of food by lunchtime and I will say the ramen was not the best in my opinion. Ramen needs to be seasoned more was lacking the saltiness of the broth and the noodles are a bit over cooked that it breaks very easily. Cook the noodles less and add more bouillon to the broth they'd have a better ramen. The seasoned egg was excellent I give them good points for that a good ramen should always have a good seasoned egg. Also ordered some salmon sashimi and a bagel roll. Sashimi was good and decently fresh but very thin, but they made up for it by decorating it into a rose which was lovely. I typically get the hibachi filet mignon, chicken, and shrimp with double rice and no noodles. That's just my preference. The food is always cooked to temp and has a wonderful flavor. Sitting at the hibachi is always fun for the kids, especially if you get a chef that really likes to interact with the people sitting at the table. The lighting in the restaurant is not blinding so it makes dinner seem more relaxing and welcoming. They also sing "Happy Birthday" and give you ice cream if you are celebrating a birthday. There is almost always a wait so be prepared, especially if you want to sit at the hibachi.
