*update - well, my half eaten plate of food got thrown out this visit the moment I walked from the entrance bar and back with my soda refill. Go figure the time they decide to take action is when I'm not even finished eating. The girl didn't know what to do when I went to her and it was not worth the energy. I cannot recommend dining here solo any more... Between the other concerns, and now this, it's a "no more" for me. Original: I've been frequentijg Pei Wei recently, with it being a tasty option near a project I'm working that doesn't leave me feeling guilty. Like all Pei Wei, the open concept is alive and well and they offer a variety of seating from intimate booths to tall communal bar and in between. The menu offers a variety of simple yet elevated appearing dishes which should satisfy any craving or preference. The team works hard, and assists in sharing their helpful thoughts on items. The downsides though is cleanliness in the dining area could use work - likely due to the limited staffing for a busy atmosphere. All items are cooked to order which means cooks are always occupied and busy, and the limited cashier/runner sometimes means ordering may take an extra moment which further limits opportunities to clear tables when patrons leave. More concerning though is the bathrooms - the men's bathroom has not had a functioning door for a few weeks now. It is off the hinges and while I am able to lift it to close behind me (being a single occupancy room) I have bumped into others (especially older) who are using the bathroom but we're unable to close the door. It's also even less clean than the dining area (again, likely due to limited staffing model the management has in place). Overall, if you don't mind a short food wait (typically 5-10 min, again due to prepared to order) you'll likely be satisfied with the experience as everything does appear and taste fresh. I hope they can expand their opportunities for cleaning but most importantly that they can fix the bathroom door - it's a danger and could be a potential hazard if someone tries to close but harms themselves in doing so!

Feast For 3- Mongolian beef, chicken lettuce wraps, fire chicken and fried noodles(chow fun)

The BEST wok stir fry ever prepared by Roberto! Incredible! Better than at Chinese restaurants. The main reason is he was able to get wok hei which is when the wok gets really hot and sears the food but doesn't burn it. Not too many people can do that but Roberto did it for the Mongolian beef and the chow fun noodles. The fire chicken was exceptional as well as it was deep fried to perfection. We got the feast for 3 meal along with the lettuce wraps and Thai donuts. Everything was delicious. This is the best Pei Wei I have ever been to. The food is fresh and flavorful and there is no doubt if I'm in the area I will be back and hopefully Roberto will be working!

This was our first time visiting, and unfortunately, it didn't leave a great impression. When we walked in, we weren't greeted--just glanced at by the staff, who then went back to what they were doing. We spent quite a while looking over the menu, but no one offered to assist us. When we were ready to order, we stood by what appeared to be the register, but no one approached. Eventually, we moved to the other side, and only after completing several to-go orders did a staff member come over. Ironically, he mentioned the register we had originally been standing at was the correct one--but no one had told us that. We ordered the Drunken Noodles with shrimp instead of chicken and tried to order the hot and sour soup, only to be told it's no longer available. If that's the case, it should really be removed from the menu to avoid confusion. As for the food, it was just okay. The sauce on the noodles was spicy but overly sweet, and the noodles themselves were undercooked and chewy. Overall, this experience left a lot to be desired, and I don't see myself returning.

Employees didn't smile, weren't overly friendly, and just looked like they would rather be a million other places than working at Pei Wei. In addition, when I retrieved spoons from what was supposed to be the clean silverware bin, they were dirty and covered with bits of food. Absolutely disgusting. Suggest employees inspect the silverware after washing, and if not clean run another cycle.

In fact, before the end of our trip we went back to get some more dips. They were that good. We went here for dinner on a Sunday evening and it was pretty quiet, there were a few people but not a ton. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and it was nice out so we sat outside. That being said, you should at least pop your head inside, the decor is beautiful! For 4 people we ordered the mixed appetizer, lavos, 1 spinach pide, and 1 mozz pide. We also got 2 salgams and they split it into 4 cups for us. This was far too much food for us, all of us overate. Honestly I think we were fine with just the mixed appetizer and the lavos. That being said, know the portions are LARGE. The mozz pide itself needed pepper flakes (which they had so we added) or some sauce or something. It's kinda like cheesy bread, I don't think I'd get it again. The spinach pide however was so good! We got it with the feta cheese and it was so soft and fresh. The mixed appetizer was SO good and I highly recommend it, especially if you're in the bind we were (couldnt decide what dip to get). Theres 5 dips that come in it- Ezme, hummus, tabouli, baba ganoush and cacik. The ezme was my personal favorite- so full of flavor. The garlic really made it pop! The hummus was also really good, definitely one of the best ones I've had! Very creamy and fluffy. The tabouli honestly wasn't super memorable. Not that it was bad- it was good, but compared to the others it just...lacked. The baba ganoush was AMAZING! I've never had one like it before and I liked it so much that I'm attempting to recreate it at home. The baba ganoush is a must try. The cacik was also really good but it's not a thick dip, you could almost just use it as a drizzle. Overall I'd recommend checking out Istanbul grill. The food is phenomenal!

The location was incredibly convenient since most surrounding restaurants are Disney World spots, other dining options were at least 20 minutes away. Without a rental car and Ubering everywhere, being able to just head downstairs for a drink and a bite was a lifesaver. The truffle fries with Parmesan were my favorite. I also ordered the chicken quesadillas were decent, but coming from Houston (where, let's be honest, the food scene is unmatched), it's hard not to compare. They just weren't that buttery, toasted quesadilla I'm used to. The green salsa had an unusual texture, almost like applesauce, which was a little off-putting. The sour cream was fine, and I actually enjoyed the pickled onions as a nice touch. The margaritas were good! They offer several flavor additions like coconut and mango that work as sweeteners, so if you prefer a sweeter margarita I would definitely suggest adding one. Ordering it straight is on the bitter side, so the flavors are a nice way to customize your drink. Overall, the ambience and service were great, and the food is solid. Gratuity is included and my bill was around $60.
