Responses often take a long time, and when I do receive a response, I feel that my concerns are being dismissed rather than properly investigated. I have personally tested the irrigation controller and documented that the sprinklers are not operating as expected, yet I am still being told everything is working properly. I also find it unreasonable that I was advised to hire and pay for my own plumber to investigate a problem that appears to involve landscaping and irrigation systems maintained by the HOA. As a homeowner who pays HOA dues every month, I expect the management company to thoroughly investigate issues involving common-area maintenance before shifting responsibility to residents. My experience with Angee has been frustrating because despite numerous communications and requests for assistance, I still do not feel that the issue has been taken seriously or addressed appropriately.
