The piano hadn't been tuned in 40 years and had been moved cross country It sounded pretty awful! Randall agreed to take on the project, letting me know that he couldn't promise perfection. He gently took the piano apart, removing the action to take with him to his shop. He reshaped all the hammers, replaced all the bridal straps, repaired a few missing key laminates and did a full tuning on the piano. He did this all for just under $300. He'll also be replacing the dampening felt when he can get it in stock. Randall and his assistant put the piano back together, he then sat down and played. It brought tears to my eyes to hear beautiful sounds coming from my piano again. Besides being a skilled technician, Randall is also a gifted musician and composer. Upon arrival they surveyed the area, mapped out their strategy, and began working right away, they were efficient and moved rather quickly so as not to waste my time, upon completion of loading they ensured all items requested to be moved were on board and ready to transport to the next location. Unloading was as efficient, everything was placed where I requested, and the items in need of assembly were completed, the cost was in line with my estimate, reasonably priced, great group of movers.

That information was never documented, and I had to repeat it in every conversation, which caused ongoing confusion and an inaccurate estimate. I was told the movers would arrive sometime in the afternoon. Around 2:30, I texted for an ETA and was told they would call when they were 30 minutes out. Later, I was told their prior job ran long and that due to driver hour limits, they could only do part of the move. Shortly after, I was informed they were not coming at all due to a truck accident and would need to reschedule. No confirmed time was ever provided for the next day. Because I needed everything out by the 31st, I booked another company and attempted to cancel. I first texted my move contact and was told to call, but when I did, it was 5:42 PM and the office was already closed. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and then sent a cancellation email. Only after I had already tried to cancel by phone and email did I receive a text saying they had everything ready for the morning, despite never giving me a confirmed arrival time. Poor communication, poor documentation, and inconsistent scheduling. I would not recommend.
