We had a house fire and had to get everything out, quickly. Kyle and his crew came in and took charge! They did everything fast and professionally. I'm beyond grateful for the care and professionalism. This was a house full of soot and smoke damage. It took them 5 hours to move 13 years of a 4 bedroom household and deliver it all too a storage unit where they stacked everything safely and efficiently. Amazing job! read more

So I am a 50-year-old disabled man with a wife who has back issues I am 100% disabled we hired Kyle and he said he would bring professional knowledgeable help this was a lie he brought a kid it looks like he crawled out from under Paul's truck he was dyslexic he didn't know how to pack he didn't know how to write on the boxes he kept putting them together upside down in I called him out on it and Kyle just fed me a big fat line of BS and we were supposed to have a split delivery they were supposed to pack everything take a load to storage and take the rest to the house these guys did not follow any directives from me the guy that owns the stuff that they're moving and stuff went to the house I was supposed to go storage stuff went to the storage instead of to the house!! And then I went to the storage unit which is on the third floor I had trust that these guys would do a professional job the pictures I have speak more than I could vent on this review wouldn't let these guys pack my dogs feces to put it mildly if you choose them you're choosing the worst of the worst take heed my warning they suck and tyler is avoiding my calls because he damage my 65 inch TV and doesn't wanna pay for it he kept my kayak and my hundred pounds of Joe Weider weights he was supposed to pay for them he did not and now he is avoiding me therefore I'm going to go on every reviews that I can and I'm gonna let everyone I can reach know that they are horrible movers y'all have a good day read more

I put this review on and removed it due to an email threat of suit by the owner if I leave a bad review along with name calling and unprofessional and uneducated writing along with blatant lies as to when he canceled our move set on Saturday 8/14/21 mid morning on Thursday. He can't even get his story straight let alone run his business. He is refusing to give my deposit back after he canceled and in breach of oral contract. Last I checked we have freedom of speech in this country and I can say anything I want about treatment by and horrible service. He can go ahead and take me to court but he is an idiot. We called Kyle from a craigslist ad and scheduled a crew. We were quoted a great rate! Two days before the move our schedule changed and we were a day early. Kyle quickly rescheduled the crew and we were ready. Justin and Johnny arrived on time, did a great professional job and really made our day. These guys took a stressful day and made everything work out great and ahead of schedule. We are very pleased. read more
