We kept hearing about this place while we were in Seattle so during our Bainbridge Island adventure day we popped in and I have to say it was absolutely not worth it or the 15 minute walk. The outside is charming and the barista was friendly. The espresso was not memorable and the latte was overpowered by torani cheap vanilla syrup. We didn't finish it and threw it away. Overall, I wouldn't recommend.
We spent part of the day on Bainbridge Island and went to this coffee shop to pick up beans to take home ($18 and $19 for Italian and French roast). We decided to stay for a cup of coffee. Hubby had a mocha and chocolate croissant. I liked his coffee as it tasted good. Neither of us liked the croissant, too dry and not tasty. I ordered a blueberry, chocolate drizzled cupcake. It tasted too starchy and Hubby didn't like it either. My iced flavored coffee with foam was unremarkable, weak and not tasty. Cute thing that they have these postcards you can address to someone and they will mail it for them for free. The store is adorable but staff not particularly friendly.
In the world of Seattle IG influencers, this place is touted pretty high to start off your day trip to Bainbridge, but does not deliver as much as social media may hype up. While the cashier was cheerful, the product is underwhelming and no better than Starbucks. The espresso was weak and not memorable, while surprisingly some drink menu items were not available in iced versions. Internally things are cozy enough or there is a nice outdoor seating area too.

We requested latte art for in house mug but he just ignored us and did not bother saying anything. Bariata was very friendly. She had beautiful smile everytime she interacted with any customer to give them their drinks. We also noticed a group of customers come in quarter before closing. They were respectful and patiently waited at the register to order. Cashier staff came out a minute before 4 and just told those customers that they are closed and turned customers away. We felt bad that the customers were waiting at the register just to be told they are closed and turned away.
We stopped by Pegasus Coffee House while visiting Bainbridge Island. It's a really cute spot with a cozy, classic coffeehouse feel--definitely has that local charm the island is known for. The bathroom was clean, which I always appreciate. The coffee and hot drinks were solid and enjoyable. Food was a bit of a mix--the avocado with smoked salmon toast was okay, but the chorizo wrap was good, just on the smaller side portion-wise. They also have a small selection of pastries, but I did really enjoy the apple pull-apart... honestly wish I had grabbed two because it was pretty small but tasty. It's located near the water, which is nice for a walk before or after, but just note there aren't actual water or ocean views from inside the café. Overall, a cute stop for coffee with a relaxed vibe, just don't expect large portions. I'd give it a 3.5 but will round up bec it's really a cute spot.
Matcha strawberry latte? Best one this side of the island. Cute coffee shop with a lot of history. Make sure you plan a visit here when you come to Bainbridge island. Plan to wait around 10-15 minutes. They do have donuts, pastries and a few breakfast sandwiches to enjoy.
Was visiting Bainbridge Island for a short while and literally just wanted to grab a coffee before heading back to the city. From the ferry, it's about a 15 min walk. This place can get BUSY so just expect a line out the door, but it moves reasonably. The drip coffee was delicious so I had to buy a bag of beans to bring home. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside and had a pleasant break before heading back to the ferry.
Really enjoyed this coffee shop! The coffee was excellent fresh, smooth, and full of flavor. Definitely the kind of coffee that makes you want to slow down and enjoy it rather than just grab it and go. The avocado toast was also a standout. Fresh, flavorful, and nicely prepared, with the avocado having the perfect texture. It paired really well with the coffee and made for a great breakfast. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Overall, a great spot for a quality cup of coffee and a good bite. Definitely recommend giving the avocado toast a try!
Adorable and charming, quaint and full of personality. Their honey latte was outstanding, as was the raspberry bar. As a visitor passing through, I loved that you can write a postcard and the cafe will stamp and mail it for you. Sweet feature!
Well known coffee house on Bainbridge Island- parking was easily available in a free lot across the street. Our group got lattes, a match and hot chocolate and enjoyed all of them! The inside was starting to get busy when we got there around 10am on a Saturday so we walked down to the dock where there were benches to enjoy our beverages.
I tried three drinks and they were all made well. The iced drinks were watery even towards the bottom of the drink. The hot drink in the picture (don't remember what it was) had the perfect amount of sweetness and was so creamy.
Cute place, small and very busy during the summer. Be prepared to wait out the door! The line does move fairly fast, and the staff is friendly and prompt. Coffee itself is fine, nothing crazy, but it's a picturesque place so it's nice to visit!
It's definitely one of the place you should go for photos, but the coffee we're meh to us. 5 stars for the decors and customer service!' Their staff was so nice, so complimented me so much and even loved my name! But for the coffee was meh. I got an iced lavender latte and it tasted like water down latte and without any lavender taste. For my husband he got peach cold brew and he hated it so much and he couldn't even finish it. I tried a sip it was too bad but not my favorite.

This was a coffee shop I had heard so much about, so I was glad to finally be able to visit it! I was a little bummed that they had already run out of the Strawberry Matcha Latte by the time my friends and I arrived, so I ended up trying the Iced Honey Latte instead, which I really enjoyed. I also ordered the Molten Lava Cake, and it did not disappoint! The contrast between the warm, rich chocolate cake and the ice cold vanilla ice cream was absolutely delicious, especially on such a hot day! Another fun surprise was discovering that you can write and send postcards from here. I thought that was such a unique touch and something you don't see very often. read more

Crazy long line. The outside is super cute. However inside was packed and it was genuinely the worst coffee I had on my entire week long trip to Seattle. Super bitter for all of us. We tossed them into the first trash can we saw around the corner. Kind of a bummer. Super popular on TikTok and I'm genuinely flabbergasted as to why. read more

Such a cute little cafe! Went here early in the morning and it was a nice warm refuge that smelled of delicious coffee and bacon! I just got a simple breakfast sandwich and it was pretty good! Despite it being busy it was pretty quick but we left to eat in the car since all the tables were taken up lol! read more
I tried the mocha along with their freshly baked molten cake. They let you know upfront that the cake takes about 10-15 minutes, and that's exactly how long it took. The place was crowded, with a line that meant waiting nearly 20 minutes just to place our order. The mocha was nicely balanced--not overly sweet--with strong, good-quality coffee and a subtle chocolate note. The molten lava cake, however, fell short for me. The texture and flavor of the cake itself were underwhelming, though the molten chocolate center was enjoyable. Overall, it's a decent option, but definitely not as impressive as the hype suggests. A super cute spot that was poppin after we arrive from the ferry. There was a line that moved quickly. It's a cute shop with great outdoor seating options as well. They have reasonably priced items and the food was pretty good. I enjoyed the avocado toast. The avocado seemed premade and not the freshest but still good and great toppings. Went here because its a "must visit" when im bainbridge, the coffee options were freat. The place is mostly packed and has pretty photo ops. The coffee was normal nothing must try kind. The place is self serving . Tried their pumpkin spice latte and the hazelnut latte read more

Nice comfortable stop on our afternoon stroll in Bainbridge. Enjoyed a cappuccino with raspberry pastry, while my wife had a hibiscus tea with almond croissant. read more
Going to this spot after walking around the small town can hit. I thought the chai was very delicious and the coffee was ok. The service was quick and there's seating inside and outside which is nice. It can feel crammed with lots of people waiting but overall it was a good experience. read more
My family and I made a stop at the Pegasus Coffee House on our adventure to visit the Bainbridge troll. We went right after the ferry unloaded on Saturday morning around 9:30am. The line was going out the door, but just barely. We waited for roughly 10 minutes before ordering. However, when we got inside there wasn't any seating available so we stood outside and waited. They have a nice outdoor seating area, though it's not covered so you're out of luck in the rain. My sister ordered a cappuccino and really enjoyed it! I was excited to see that they offered Macrina pastries and shared a croissant with my dad. We also tried the classic breakfast sandwich. It was served on toasted sandwich bread and included egg, sausage, and some sort of sauce. It was pretty good, though I think it may be better suited for a different type of bread. Pegasus is really cute and a good stop, but if you're planning on sitting for a while, try to get there early! Or maybe just not right after the ferry unloads. read more

Great coffee and loved my matcha. What I loved most is how nice the staff were. A woman dropped her drink and they offered to make her a new one no questions asked. She wasn't even trying to get one for free, they immediately offered! What a wonderful place to do that. Also, it's a peaceful and quiet place as far as ambiance goes. :) read more
cozy - inviting - average coffee. Ok hot take but the coffee was average. Tucked along the waterfront, Pegasus Coffee is a charming little gem that feels like a warm hug on a cloudy Bainbridge morning. It's the perfect prelude to a day of meandering through the downtown shops. The baristas were lovely (shoutout to their patience during the weekend rush), and while the line moves a bit slowly, it's clearly a tourist favorite. I went for the lavender matcha latte. While the lavender was super subtle, the latte had a ton of matcha residue and lacked the flavor that's intended. But decorated with the cutest little latte art on top. read more
Cute coffee shop on Bainbridge Island! We went specifically for the hot cakes (chocolate molten lava cake) served starting at 3pm. It was served with vanilla ice cream with a crunchy caramel topping. It is very rich & worth sharing. You can get here by walking or scheduling a ride with the Pingo App. The small bus will accept your ride, estimate a time for pick up and you can scan your orca card once you get on it. The bus can take up to 30minutes to get to you depending on how many other stops it has and where it is on the island. Both rides I scheduled got to me within 15 minutes and it was a beautiful day, so the wait wasn't bad at all for point to point service. read more

Such a cute coffee shop! My breakfast sandwich was good and so was my latte, no complaints there! It was pretty busy and crowded for a Friday morning at 9:30am, there was no available seating inside and very few available seats outside. I wouldn't recommend taking the ferry to visit Bainbridge Island for just an hour, you definitely need to give yourself more time. Unfortunately, I didn't get to really explore the area at all because we were too focused on walking to/from and waiting on our food. Just want to give anyone that does an hour cushion for the ferry a heads up! Although we had gotten our coffee and bakery items fairly quickly, our other breakfast items (breakfast sandwich & avocado toast) took about 20-30 minutes. Granted, it was VERY busy and the staff were doing their best with the rush, totally understandable. The walk to/from the ferry was about 15 minutes, so we had to grab our items and practically run back to the ferry to make it on time. We enjoyed our yummy coffee and breakfast on the ferry back to Seattle! :) read more

Anyone who doesn't rate this a 5/5 obviously doesn't know what they're talking about, because this place is the cat's meow. I mean, just look at my pumpkin latte. No, not the crappy Starbucks PSL Latte *barf*. This baddie has actually house made pumpkin syrup. YES MFING PLEASE! As a basic white girl, I can easily say it the best I've ever had. And their croissant? I've been to France, and they'd approve. Oh, and my hubs finished his cappuccino in about three swallows: Not because it was small (it was the perfect size) but so good he couldn't stop drinking it. 100/100 would come again. read more
