It's seriously not good. The coffee is really pricy and they only give you the option of Medium or Large. The staff is not helpful and the holidays/flavor coffee don't taste good. I'm never satisfied, at this point I would recommend getting black coffee. You only order off a machine, hard to find options or make adjustments to your coffee. Busy, busy, busy. Pretty basic coffee spot that is way over priced (airport...) and that's nothing new. The orders went through a touchscreen system instead of speaking to one of the employees. Customers had to order on a screen, which slows everything down. Touching the screen is disgusting cause everyone is touching it. I asked for hand sanitizer and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. The workers wear gloves which is supposed to make you think their hands are clean, but they touch everything with the gloves on and then handle your food and touch the lid of your coffee cup. While waiting for my flight out of SFO, I opted for lunch at Peet's Coffee and was incred satisfied with my selections. I got an iced green tea, Asian noodle salad with chicken, blueberry lemon scone, and a bottle of spring water. The noodles salad was delish and I enjoyed every last bite! This Peet's Coffee at SFO is just enough to get you through the airport experience. To me it's not as good as the Peet's Coffees you get outside of SFO, but they open at 5am which is a big plus. Their options might be limited too because I wanted the Honey Almond Matcha Latte, but they were sold out so I opted for a regular Matcha. Customer service is passable. They finish your drink pretty quickly though. I ordered the Large Iced Matcha Latte ($6.50). Plus $0.85 for Oatmilk then an EE Surcharge for $0.37?!? Great. The Matcha has no sweetness which is nice because I didn't want a sugar bomb before my flight, but the Matcha flavor wasn't as strong as I would like. It wasn't the perfect experience, but if you are at SFO this is probably the best option you have for any coffee or latte. read more

The worst matcha I've ever had. The powder wasn't dissolved correctly and so much crumbles on the bottom. The barista told me it's because I chose iced latte. It shouldn't taste less because of the temperature. I asked him to make hot one instead if what he was saying was true. But he told me I already ordered ice and refused to make it again. And kept making excuses. It was so bad so I wanted to add sweetener and he gave me vanilla syrup but now it's just tastes like sweet milk. Beware of the kiosk- get receipt. Cashier directed me to place order on kiosk and I waited 15 minutes for the other employee to fill 3 small coffee orders. When she started the order after me I asked cashier to check on my order she insisted it didn't go through and told me to enter again. Showed my email receipt and other person got my items.
