Pretty busy & popular coffee spot - they have a kiosk to order & pickup rather than wait in the line. Not sure why people wouldn't utilize this because I got my coffee quicker than those who stood there. Not much of a seating area. Coffee was decent, ham&cheese croissant was ok. Expensive but you'll run into that anywhere in the airport.

Early flights call for coffee so we stepped in to ritual coffee for our dose of caffeine! Staff was friendly. So cool that they grind the beans there and then brew your coffee. My mom was so impressed! She had a latte and I have a cappuccino. Price and serving was pretty average. They of course had their own sugar station. They have plenty of sitting if you want to enjoy your coffee there. Pretty chill and quiet spot.

Came by for coffee the other day and it was a decent experience. Ritual Coffee Roasters is located immediately post security. They have kiosks at the front to minimize the line and also suggest ordering via phone. They do have disposable nitrile gloves in size Medium or XL for staff to wear along with a 5% SF mandates for purchases. Their selection of pastries looked tasty. Ordered a mocha and the latte art was great and the drink wasn't too sweet. Temperature was on the hotter side and the milk felt thin... especially at $7.49 a mocha...

I have to imagine that their coffee is worth the cost, but I didn't get coffee and was very disappointed. I usually get breakfast at a different spot in Terminal 1 but I figured I'd try something new today. I used the kiosk to order which was super easy, and got an iced tea ($5.50) and breakfast sandwich ($12). I know I'm paying airport prices but I figured I'd be satisfied with my order. I was surprised to see that the iced tea was 12oz and the breakfast sandwich was overcooked to the temperature of the sun. Both were edible but certainly not worth $20+. I can't speak for the folks waiting in line, but the service was fast and the staff was friendly so this isn't a reflection of them. Just wish there were more breakfast options here.

Cinnamon roll. Egg, sausage, cheese sandwich

Do not make the same mistake as me if you're just looking to buy some breakfast food. Drinks, I can't comment on. But the food... Holy smokes. The 2 items in my picture set me back $20. Even for SF, that is absurd. The sandwich cost $12. There is no justifying that, even for an airport. The cinnamon roll was $5 but I don't think it was worth that either. The biscuit of the sandwich was dry and the egg and sausage were bland. Service is fine, and it's right inside the gates after you pass security. So they get stars for convenience but man.. The pricing here is atrocious. Will not be coming here again.

Ham and cheese croissant - so amazing!

I came here before my morning flight and this place had the longest line of the places I saw for breakfast. I finally decided that I would try this place after not seeing anything else that piqued my interest that morning. Their little kiosk was really annoying as you couldn't make adjustments on there and it was also difficult to pay using a swipe card. So I got in the long line only to be told that they did not have anymore chai. It surprised me that they ran out of chai at like 6 am in the morning. The best part about this place was the ham and cheese croissant, which they warmed up and gave to me crisp, flaky, and tasty. I would come back for the pastries but they need to work on their drink and kiosk a bit more.

    Cheese danish and a mocha

Located in terminal 1 at SFO... it's one of a couple coffee shops in the terminal. The line is always big, but you also have the option to order through your phone or through an ordering screen they have. I truly love everything about this coffee shop. I love how the mocha is not sweet and it's just perfect with a sweet pastry. They also have a big selection of pastries. The cheese danish is amazing. It's a loud busy location at the airport. The coffee prices can be a little over priced but it's worth it.

    $10.60 mocha of regret

Don't make the mistake I did and not realize that a mocha is $6.90 for the hot chocolate plus 4.90 for the espresso and if you get almond milk like me it's an extra $1. That's twice the price as any other drink. And it wasn't even good. Very watery, poor quality chocolate, definitely not the barista almond milk, no froth it was super flat. Not great flavor. Go elsewhere. I was disappointed.

Double espresso was nice. Veggie quiche was delicious. I couldn't ask for more at 5AM in an airport.

It was a very fast process for me, and I loved the coffee I got! Super balanced in terms of milk, sweetness, and espresso.

Great coffee inside security. The pastry are excellent too. Plus some nice options for take home coffee (instant and beans)

$7.00 for a small black coffee with a seriously leaky lid? No thank you. Coffee is not bad, but certainly not exceptional

Truly the worst coffee I've ever had. Hotel coffee is better than this watered down, bitter effluvium. Such a disappointment!

Long time fan of Ritual so I was thrilled to learn they have a kiosk at the airport. Great coffee of course but long queues as expected.

It was my first time there and the barista Joey (sp?) was super friendly and helpful. I was clearly in need of caffeine and their menu has so many options of cold and hot drinks. She gave me a sample of the cold brew and I was sold! She asked if I was open to trying something with chocolate and ended up making me a cold brew with oat milk and sugar free chocolate from santa cruz. It was so good! The chocolate didn't add any sweetness, just pure chocolate taste, yum. I typically drink pour overs/drip coffee or flat whites, but I'm glad I took her recommendation and will have to come back to try their whole beans. There's no place to sit so it's truly a grab and go type of coffee shop. They have a Dogpatch location in the city, will have to visit it sometime
