Though but a thimble in measure, its body was stout, its bitterness noble, and its finish lingered upon mine tongue as though a monk had whispered dark secrets into mine ear. A draught fit for kings, crusaders, and those burdened with collecting the kingdom's taxes. Thereafter came the humble medium drip coffee, a beverage far gentler in temperament. Verily, it possessed a smoothness most uncommon, lacking the scorched misery oft found in lesser taverns. Notes of roasted earth and faint sweetness did reveal themselves with each sip, as though the beans had been blessed by the Archbishop himself. It warmed both hand and spirit, making even the dreariest morn seem worthy of song. Thus do I proclaim The Blend Coffee Bar to be a house of uncommon mastery. Should thou seek potions brewed with care rather than haste, cast aside thy allegiance to lesser coffee merchants and make pilgrimage henceforth. I bestow upon this establishment five chalices out of five!

They have a wonderful selection of coffee/tea options but I prefer my standard chai or matcha. I tried their cranberry mocha and I wasn't a huge fan to be honest. I didn't taste any cranberry so to me it wasn't worth the $6 or $7. I also ordered their avocado toast but they didn't tell me they ran out of avocados until after I paid. So I ended up swapping to a caprese sandwich (which I'm glad I did) because I had a limited time. I actually think I would enjoy the sandwich more than the toast.

I went with my family and got 3 items: - Cookies and Cream Latte - Banana Bread Coldfoam Latte - Coffeecake The cookies and cream latte was really good. It had just the right balance of sweetness and bitterness from the latte. The Banana Bread CF latte was a bit sweeter. Def recommend for someone who leans more on the sweeter side. The coffeecake was a bit of a let down. While it was super soft and moist, it tasted like they used rice flour. I'm not a huge fan of that, and it overpowered the cinnamon flavor for me. Would def come back if i'm ever in the area.

I usually do less sugar, and it still tastes great. I can genuinely say I've never had a bad drink here. Paris Baguette is a chain Korean-French Bakery, and this location is in the Bram Quarter complex…read more There's plenty of parking in the lot in the complex and lots of indoor and outdoor seating as well. The ambiance is good for meeting up with a small group of friends, getting some work done, or picking up a sweet treat with your family. While this location is smaller than other PB's that I've been to, they always stock the newest additions to the menu. Like other PB's, you get a pair of tongs with paper on a tray, pick your pastries and bring them to the front to pay. We got the cookies and creme mochi donut, which was the perfect amount of sweet and chewy. The tiramisu cake slice, on the other hand, was decadent but a bit too heavy for me. It was also a bit expensive for the size. Nonetheless, I'd recommend coming here if you're looking for a good quality pastry!

I have also noticed they will ask some customers but not all. Yes, I should have provided my phone number, but feel they should also ask up front. Why don't they add this to the payment app just before asking for a tip?

It is walkable from our neighborhood, which we are so lucky to have. The staff is friendly, the patio is a nice place to chill, having a short list of beers on tap is great, and the food is *amazing*. I can personally recommend their breakfast burrito, the tots, the roast beast, the turkey BLT, and the smash burger. They do "simple" food just very well. It's definitely not a "fast dash" type of place - there's typically a small line and you'll wait and sip your coffee/beer while they make your order fresh - so don't expect Wendy's speed but it's also incredibly delicious in a way no fast food place could dream of. Support Brew Birds!

I would give it another shot with my classic iced sf van oatmilk latte before I really make a decision though.
