This is the 2nd time in *less* than 3 weeks of finding hair in my food. The owner did apologize the 1st time but at this point a Corrective measure needs to be taken due to the frequency of this issue. Possibly a hair net ? Men and women, who ever is cooking. PANTRY items weave in and out, beckoning to take them home. (I DID). SYSTEMS are really great. after your selection at the butcher, they assign you a basket # so you can shop with both hands free. This is a well organized order and pick up system; if you need fresh meats, head to the back, past the enormous freezer selection of ravioli, manicotti, and other Italian specialties. SERVICE: you are immediately greeted by friendly staff ( this reminds me of the Japanese culture of greeting every patron immediately.
