They have taken care of every Appliance issue I have and completed the repairs promptly and honestly and with fair price. They assess the appliance and provide immediate service to fix and repair. So grateful to have the Appliance Tech Yuri and Mike at Appliance Guard who always help me.. I have so many appliance stories I could tell and too many for different home located at the beach cities . They are always helpful giving me the best advice and solution to resolve any appliance issues. Once they fix the appliance, I don't have any problems. If I need to replace, they let me know immediately and guide me to get the best appliance to save cost and time. Having multiple properties comes with a lot of maintenance/cost and require honest vendors. Their professionalism helps me with my relationships with the tenants.. I had a very disappointing experience with Appliance Guard. The technician, Boris, charged me an…read more$85 service call fee but did almost nothing to diagnose the problem. He simply opened the refrigerator door, said the temperature wasn't cool enough, claimed the sealed system needed repair, and suggested that I contact GE directly. During the visit, he spent time talking on his cellphone for personal reasons and then walked back to his car without performing any meaningful inspection or troubleshooting. I felt like I paid $85 for nothing. Later, I had a GE technician come out. He performed an actual diagnosis, found that the condenser area was heavily clogged with dust, and simply advised me to clean it. After cleaning the condenser, the refrigerator has been working properly. The GE technician also only charged the standard service call fee but actually diagnosed and resolved the issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Appliance Guard. I expected a professional diagnosis for the service fee, but instead I felt like I wasted my money.

When we went to the store to report the issue, we were told to call the next day to talk to a manager. I called the manager 3 times before he returned my calls. He said they did not have a replacement dryer and it would take 2 weeks to order one. He offered to contact LG . LG referred us to a repair company MTG who sent a repair person who didn't have a replacement part even though we had sent MTG a photo of the broken part and description. After the repair person left. Two lint filters arrived from LG. I went to Howard's this morning 12/6/2025 and it is closed with a sign on the door that says CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

After a condescending speech about how to use a microwave, I said I've been using one for fifty years. He said verbatim, "they don't make them like they used to". It was less than a week after purchasing. I found a better one at Costco for about the same price. I recommend anywhere but here.
