This is the kind of review you don't want to write -- not because there was an issue with the…read moreservice -- but because Guillermo and his team are SO GOOD that you don't want them to get busier than they already are. Seriously though. This was my first time hiring Reyes Cleaning Services and I called late on a Saturday afternoon, without even knowing them. I had just thrown a HUGE EVENT in my high-end home and the aftermath and it was truly a DISASTER. Guillermo showed up two hours later with 4 cleaners, after he saw the mess they all got to work and he mobilized several more cleaners that showed up soon after. They didn't stop until the work was done, cleaning until around MIDNIGHT on a Saturday night. Who does that? Who has that kind of commitment? Needless to say I was more than impressed. Read the other reviews for more -- but these guys really are pros. Immediately they started scrubbing places that our regular cleaners don't even touch. I didn't have to manage at all, just tell them what I want done and boom, it was taken care of. By the end of it you couldn't even tell there had been an event -- they even took great care of the walls in removing marks. Initially I was sure I would have to repaint the place, not the case after they were done with their magic. I found out that Guillermo pays his staff significantly more than the average -- and I think this is why they do such a great job. The company has a commitment to extreme quality and his staff work damn hard to live up to that and are paid fairly in return. They came back the next day and spent another 2 hours making sure everything on the exterior patios was perfect when viewing in sunlight (remember they came in pitch darkness the first time). He came to the home several times before the job to give advice on colors and shades and was very patient. The timeline for painting got extended due to construction delays but Luis was patient throughout. He was very meticulous and did not rush through the job. The doors could either be stained or painted. Luis recommended staining them even though it was twice as much work for him than painting because it would go better with the decor of the house. Juan Jr. and Armando are absolute pro's at putting up crown molding, and did a beautiful job on the closet they made for us! These guys showed up on time at 8 am on the first day they said they would, left at 6 pm, and worked their butts off the entire time they were at our home. The project only took 5 days total, and cost exactly what they'd quoted us in the estimate (including showing us the receipts for all supplies required). They worked fast, efficiently, did everything exactly as we wanted them to, were polite, and very competent. They also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, so that we weren't stuck worrying about getting nails in our feet or the tons of sawdust that got kicked up while they worked. Armando did the estimate for us, and came in much lower than the two other contractors we'd talked to. He is bonded and insured, we checked. He was really easy to work with, took us to Beronio Lumber to let us select our crown molding in person, rather than from just a catalogue (I need to SEE things in 3D, not just on paper), and walked us through the whole process. We'd never had any renovation/construction done on our home before, so this was a new experience and we'd heard the horror stories about hiring contractors. We didn't experience any of those horror stories. If anything, this was an ideal experience!
