HOSPITAL DID NOT CARE AT All! LAST Involved Doctor, Issued an Order that he was concerned about possible Stent Blood Clotting that might be taking place! So he was NOT going to Release Me UNTIL he conducted ONE last Test "Just to be Sure". (Patient greatly Appreciated his Professionalism and CONCERN!) HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT, I'd give a "0"! After installing a Drug Coated Heart Stent, I was having some Negative Issues. Doctor told COMPETENT Nursing Staff that HE, due to Negative Symptoms Patient was Experiencing, that BEFORE I was to be Released, he wanted to conduct a last Test to verify I was NOT having any Blood Clotting Issues in new Stent. Had me NEEDLESSLY STAY, and PAY FOR, another 2 days! Day of Scheduled Test, later in day, 2 different CONCERNED Nurses came in and Asked if I had heard WHEN the Doctor was going to do his Test? Told them I have NOT HEARD ANYTHING! Later in day, another Nurse came in and asked the same question as the other 2. AGAIN, told her I had NO IDEA! She went to check on my Scheduled Heart Imaging and said she WILL FIND OUT and let me know! SHE NEVER RETURNED! Obviously, SOMEONE gave a "STAND DOWN ORDER" to let the Patient PASS. NEVER Told Nurses, nor PATIENT, that My Best Interest Concerns had been CANCELED! I was, and Still Am, Concerned about my Health and having even MORE Negative Issues that Appear to be related to New Heart Stent. Based on what I have read, I AM LIVING IN FEAR of having ANOTHER, Possibly FATAL, Heart Attack!!! The nurse was very polite and a little bewildered with the response she received and explained she was referred by the surgeon that they referred for the surgery, The response was still no. we cannot work with you. If you are looking for a good holistic doctor in the DFW area, Dr. Yeatts is the doctor for you. Dr. Yeatts is a graduate of Dr. Andrew Weil's Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. There are only a few in the DFW area. She helped me and my wife to get over some serious health issues through a combination of conventional and alternative medicine. What I like about her (next to her caring personality) is that she is not doctrinaire. Depending on the situation she will either propose a conventional solution (prescription medication, etc.), alternative solutions (supplements), or a combination of both. She is also not shy of recommending life style changes if that is the underlying cause for your illness. If you are looking for a doctor who tells "Take this medications for the rest of your life, but don't change a thing" then she is NOT your doctor. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a caring doctor who will help you to get healthy again (with some effort on your side) then she is your doctor. In a nutshell, she is an awesome holistic doctor. I only wish she was located in Dallas.

She always listened carefully to what I had to say, was patient, and always worked with me to help figure out what was wrong with me. If I had given my review before now, it would be five stars. I hadn't been to the doctor in over a year, so when I recently got sick, I called to make an appointment. Unfortunately, I had been taken off Dr Cizdiel's patient database because they were downsizing and I hadn't been in so long. I can understand that, so I accepted seeing Dr Stone instead on Monday. He is a very nice man, and he genuinely listened. What I don't understand is why he decided to just treat my cough and said that if I wasn't feeling better by Thursday, to give him a call and he would send over a script for antibiotics. I was not feeling at all better, so I called Wednesday evening and left a voicemail hoping for a call back Thursday morning so I could start taking the antibiotics ASAP. I never got a call back and tried calling a few more times, speaking with a secretary, only to be forced to leave another voicemail. Ugh! I finally got a call back this morning, Friday, by the nurse telling me they got my messages, but had computer problems yesterday, Thursday, so they couldn't send the prescription but Dr Stone got my message... but he won't be back until Monday. What!? It took two days for them to get back to me about a medication that I need! I don't recall computer issues affecting phones so they could at least let me know so I could go elsewhere to get a prescription! So now, I have missed 3 days of work with no signs of improving because I have no medicine to take to treat my illness.

I was very sick for over a year when I began going to her for leaky gut syndrome. Dr. Mack has assisted me in healing by prescribing supplements, food-as-medicine, lifestyle changes and, if appropriate, pharmaceuticals as well. I tried other doctors but they did not have the expertise to treat my health issues. Dr Mack spends a great deal of time with each patient and explains everything in detail.
