NOT IMPRESSED! And NO DESIRE TO EVER RETURN and would NOT RECOMMEND to my Worst Enemy!…read more HOWEVER, Nursing Staff was Wonderful, Friendly, and Concerned about this Patient! HOSPITAL DID NOT CARE AT All! LAST Involved Doctor, Issued an Order that he was concerned about possible Stent Blood Clotting that might be taking place! So he was NOT going to Release Me UNTIL he conducted ONE last Test "Just to be Sure". (Patient greatly Appreciated his Professionalism and CONCERN!) HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT, I'd give a "0"! After installing a Drug Coated Heart Stent, I was having some Negative Issues. Doctor told COMPETENT Nursing Staff that HE, due to Negative Symptoms Patient was Experiencing, that BEFORE I was to be Released, he wanted to conduct a last Test to verify I was NOT having any Blood Clotting Issues in new Stent. Had me NEEDLESSLY STAY, and PAY FOR, another 2 days! Day of Scheduled Test, later in day, 2 different CONCERNED Nurses came in and Asked if I had heard WHEN the Doctor was going to do his Test? Told them I have NOT HEARD ANYTHING! Later in day, another Nurse came in and asked the same question as the other 2. AGAIN, told her I had NO IDEA! She went to check on my Scheduled Heart Imaging and said she WILL FIND OUT and let me know! SHE NEVER RETURNED! Obviously, SOMEONE gave a "STAND DOWN ORDER" to let the Patient PASS. NEVER Told Nurses, nor PATIENT, that My Best Interest Concerns had been CANCELED! I was, and Still Am, Concerned about my Health and having even MORE Negative Issues that Appear to be related to New Heart Stent. Based on what I have read, I AM LIVING IN FEAR of having ANOTHER, Possibly FATAL, Heart Attack!!! GIVEN NO CHOICE but to Meet with a Personal Injury ATTY next week in case my Heart FAILS and for my Family to consult with!

Treated with kindness and respect, excellent care and communication . Staff went above and beyond…read moreexpectations.

Canceled our primary care patient status…read more My wife had surgery then a week later had other problems and ended up in the ER, she could not eat or drink. Her stomach and throat where in pain. had absolutely no appetite, we have a visiting nurse assisting her because if the surgery and she said my wife needed medication to help increase her appetite and drink, the nurse called Dt Talbots office and identified herself and the company she worked for and explained why she was calling. the first response from Dr Talbots staff was "we did not refer you so we can't work with you". The nurse was very polite and a little bewildered with the response she received and explained she was referred by the surgeon that they referred for the surgery, The response was still no. we cannot work with you. Another person got on the phone mentioned the ER visit and said very sarcastically we have not set a follow up with them and didn't. Er visit was 5 days before. They did not offer assistance. They offered an appointment more than a week away. I requested something for her to help increase her appetite and set the appointment which was more than a week away. people loke us. She then Raised her voice and said they shouldn't be subjected to talking to us. They didn't offer the appointment or assistance and hung up on us, My wife is a 77-year-old patient and needed help until we could go to the appointment. All I did was ask for help for my ailing wife. This is a very uncaring attitude that should not be tolerated with anyone attached to health care. Dr. Talbots office has canceled our yearly appointments and dropped us from being primary care. Dr Talbot or anyone in his office contacted us William Duffy - June 23, 2024

They were efficient and that's all that matters. The nurses have been nice. Dr Talbot has been nice and attentive. It all went downhill when I had to make an appointment with the physician assistant. Dr Talbot didn't have any appointments open when I needed to be seen. The PA treated me beyond poorly. She didn't listen to me. She made assumptions based on the number on the scale. i.e. anyone not "thin" isn't worthy of decent treatment. The comments she made, the complete lack of manners and inability to listen to what I was saying. It was terrible. I might not be a pretty person in my 20s but I am still deserving of good medical care. She also went on to tell me they were going to refuse to treat me for diabetic care because I was skirting the need for an endocrinologist. This is absolutely not true. Dr Talbot and I had agreed for him to continue managing my medications with me. I've worked hard to get healthier. Due in large part to the support of Dr Talbot and his nurses. Now? I'm looking for another primary physician. I cannot allow that PA to further impact my medical care and my mental health.

When I moved to the Denton area, I was thrilled to see he had relocated his practice as well. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and has a talent for explaining complicated medical situations in easy-to-understand terms. Over the years, he has known me well enough to recognize when I needed a gentle suggestion and when I needed a firm push in the right direction. I highly recommend him as a doctor. Unfortunately, his front office and nursing staff have been in steady decline for several years, and it has now reached the point where I feel forced to find a new primary care physician. The final straw for me was a situation that has become all too common at his office. Not feeling well, I called during business hours and got their voicemail. I left a brief message describing my issue along with my phone number. No return call. Over the next two days, I called five more times--still no response. (I only left one voicemail per their instructions, likely because they're overwhelmed with repeat messages from others experiencing the same issue.) The bottom line is, I can't count on being able to communicate with my doctor when I need him. That's simply not acceptable. I genuinely hope Dr. Thompson can get a handle on his front office issues. Investing in quality staff would not only improve patient care but would likely pay for itself in the long run.

I'm so grateful to the comprehensive approach and her knowledge base is beyond impressive. She doesn't push unnecessary prescriptions and certainly has offered my several over the counter and herbal options which are making a difference! I came in with a laundry list of symptoms and she's dealing with all of them. My old Dr just wanted to run thousands and thousands of tests and then give me really expensive drugs (tests were normal and drugs never helped). Visit her. You won't be disappointed.

If you are looking for a good holistic doctor in the DFW area, Dr. Yeatts is the doctor for you. Dr. Yeatts is a graduate of Dr. Andrew Weil's Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. There are only a few in the DFW area. She helped me and my wife to get over some serious health issues through a combination of conventional and alternative medicine. What I like about her (next to her caring personality) is that she is not doctrinaire. Depending on the situation she will either propose a conventional solution (prescription medication, etc.), alternative solutions (supplements), or a combination of both. She is also not shy of recommending life style changes if that is the underlying cause for your illness. If you are looking for a doctor who tells "Take this medications for the rest of your life, but don't change a thing" then she is NOT your doctor. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a caring doctor who will help you to get healthy again (with some effort on your side) then she is your doctor. In a nutshell, she is an awesome holistic doctor. I only wish she was located in Dallas.

All of these incidents happened with in a few months of each other and some overlapping. To keep it short they missed plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome in babies) in my infant twins. I had a wonderful friend encourage me to get a second opinion after the PA reassured me for MONTHS that it would "round out." Turns out my daughter was SEVERE requiring two helmets and had a misaligned jaw. I brought to her attention that my 7 year old had an uneven scapula and looked as if it was early onset scolioses. I had to ask for PT and that was all we were given. No referral to a specialist or even recommendation to see one. We were told it would be fine and she'd grow out of it. We are seeing a surgery specialist next month. The last straw was my infant son at 7 months went into the office because he was crying, wouldn't eat and kept pulling on his ears. she said they were kind of red and he could get an antibiotic if it didn't get better. It didn't get better so we tried the antibiotic. He wouldn't eat for weeks. I called the office and tried to get some help. All they wanted was another office deductible to tell me to try another antibiotic. This went on for months where he wouldn't eat. She wasn't concerned and said he would out grow it and it was a phase. After a visit with a GI Specialist it turns out he was allergic to his formula I had breast fed until he was 7 months old). By the time we got him to a specialist after dealing with her nonsense and run around for months he was considered FAILURE TO THRIVE. He hadn't gained an ounce in over THREE MONTHS. I am all for holistic approach to medical care! I love my naturopath doctor & facility. This is not a qualified office to deal with more than a cold or flu. Side note: you will only ever see the PA. EVER. The Dr at the practice lives in Colorado. When I delivered my twins the nurses encouraged me to find a different practice and I didn't listen. I was warned.

We will never see anyone else.
