The office/ billing person took a long amount of time to run my insurance and she called them with questions. She came back with a price for my portion of the procedure. I had to pay this price in full before it could be started. I also asked that they get the X-ray from my other dentist since I had all ready paid for them, when I made the appointment. The dental assistant said they did not get my xrays , but that they would not charge me for them. The temporary crown was not comfortable and I had more pain with the temporary than I did with the loose bridge. I felt as if they rushed the temporary since it was a holiday weekend. Today I received a bill for 128 more dollars. No list of charges just a PAY NOW bill. I noticed when looking on my insurance that the out of network doctor s prices were covered in full. So looks like my visits and my family will gravitate to the dentist with reasonable prices and a honor when giving pricing for procedures. I have had other procedures at my other dentist and I have never been billed more. So your 128.00 bill cost you much more since my spouse needs a crown.

Can't say enough good about Dr Sheridan and his staff. I had pulled a tooth out while having lunch. The next day I had to leave town to go to a wedding with my wife. Upon calling Dr. Sheridan ' office and explaining my situation they worked me in at 2pm. By 2:30 they had me finished with my tooth back in. A gentleman greeted me after a 5 minute wait, diagnosed my problem and prepared me for the dentist. In minutes Dr. Sheridan came in and reinstalled my tooth cap after a bit of cleaning and had me back in business. Another lady came in and cleaned up the Toth and I was finished. Everyone was most friendly and let me know that my problem was fixable. Then did it. My major problem went from critical to solved in matter of minutes. They WERE excellent, NOW they're terrible. When Dr Halpin…read moredied, so did his practice. The new Dentist, Kelly Moore Meador is just awful. Dr Halpin was awesome, did good work, at a fair price. Kelly is mean, and does shotty work. Wait times are excessively long. They gold crown Kelly put in is tarnishing. The gold crown Dr Halpin put in (years earlier) is still shiny. Kelly must have used a low grade cheap metal, not real gold. They fixed a chipped tooth that only lasted 2-3 weeks , chipped again then turned yellow. They use inferior quality products now. The staff has turned hostile too. It's a shame when it use to be such a good practice, but Kelly totally ruined the place. I know a couple other people that have said the same thing. One said she never got a warm fuzzy feeling from her, seemed arrogant and mean, the other called her weird and moody. Run away, run fast - this is not who you want for a dentist.
