My past appointments here have been nonsense. Today I show up with an appointment card in hand for 2 o'clock appointment and the doors locked, six months ago. I was called about being late for my appointment and I had my appointment card on my desk at work telling me I wasn't due for another hour and six months prior to that I was locked out again because they scheduled me for a Tuesday when they were closed. Today the website shows they're open and I'm standing here in the rain with a locked door and an appointment card saying I have a 2 o'clock appointment. That's ridiculous. I'm taking off for the six month appointments and they can't get their scheduling correct. What else are they doing wrong? read more

Great office that truly cares about their patients! They are quick to get you in and out fast and I appreciate that! Very kind and friendly.

Not a fan. The staff is very nice, but it took a fairly long time to be seen in a practically empty office, and the place is not clean. Grimey walls, floor needed swept and equipment is very old and visibly damaged. Certainly doesn't make you want to let them work on your mouth. read more

Dr. Smith has been in practice for over 40 years, and is very skilled. It is a small practice, with the doctor and a dental hygenienist working the back end. A very polite and and professional staff. I enjoyed being given options for every step, everything explained very well, and being able to talk to the staff for any concerns or questions I may have. The prices are fair for the area. I am subtracting 1 star because some equipment is older, but all seems to be in working order. The place could use a decor update as well, but those are my only complaints. read more

I was seen right away but the woman who cleaned my teeth was kind of unprofessional. I was on my way to leave when she had to call me back in because she had forgotten to put the fluoride on! Then I was charged over $100 more than I was quoted. And then they were very rude and difficult about giving me the promotion they have advertised on their website. Never going back. My teeth hurt for days afterwards because of how rough she was. read more

went to this office last November right before thanksgiving for a broken tooth it was the only one I could get into at the time, I had a temporary crown done and went back for the permanent in January this year at this point service seemed reasonable so I went back for a cleaning in august and everyone I had seen was gone, Dr. Smith was shakey and when he leaned me back in the chair I was nearly standing on my head, I left with a head ache, now my crown which I mentioned to them was causing discomfort at the time said it was fine so I am going to see another dentist now. I also feel taken advantage of because I was not told the dentists were students. I do not recommend this place to top it all off they will not send my records over to the new dentist. read more

the office is awful. I waited hours for my appointment.while the Dr. took 2 other patients ahead of me, they came in after me. No one works their but dental students NO real qualified employee's. I was told I needed thousands for dollars in treatment at that office. I have just had my teeth cleaned at my regular dentist and was told that I did NOT need any treatment. The only reason I went to Dr. Smith office was a small chipped tooth. My regular dentist was out of town. He made me pay in full when I had insurance to that covers 100%. I will never go back! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The office is dirty and my chart was from another patient they just marked the other patients name out and wrote my name over it with a maker. I've been avoiding the Dentist for long time do to past experiences. But needed to be seen. I walked in explain my situation and they made me feel so welcome and reassured me that they could take good care of me. Great staff and Dr. Kumar was great at explaining things. Didn't hurt at all. I went here to get a few teeth cleanings and that went fine. I was told I needed to have cavities filled in two teeth. When I came in to have the teeth filled I was charged $150 upfront and it seemed to go fine. I've had a decent amount of pain and a possible abscess on one of the teeth so I made an appointment to have it checked out. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that I would need to pay an $150 past due balance before that tooth could be looked at. I told them I had already paid and they said this was in addition. I have dental insurance through work and I have the higher tier of the two plans offered. I would think at worst my insurance is average but regardless it's unethical to refuse to see a patient based on a bill for a service that at this point seems half done at best. Abscesses can spread to the blood and cause sepsis which can of course be fatal so I was very surprised at the lack of concern for patient health. Gentle Dentistry is clearly in the business of making money not patient care and it shows. read more

Great place if you are an anxious patient like me! Staff were all very nice and they sat me right away. I'm not a fan of the drilling noise so I used my headphones and barely felt a thing. Will recommend this place to friends and family for sure. read more

Hands down the absolute worst Dentist I have been to. He performed a root canal, 6 appointments to get it done and in the end it had to be done over by a more competent dentist at another practice (the work he did caused other complications that also had to be repaired). The best part was he refused to give me a refund and had to be reported for fraud (he also refused to refund the insurance company). Really, really poor quality of care and bad decision making on his part. read more
