My son is usually not good with anything that even sounds painful but we had no issues during any of his visits. In fact, even after having a tooth pulled, he still isn't afraid to go back and I think that speaks wonders to Dr.Mann's abilities as a pediatric dentist. My son was very excited to see that they have tv's with tons of kids channels, funny sunglasses, and many cool scents of laughing gas to help make the visit as painless as possible. I lost a filling and part of a tooth while eating dinner. This left a sizeable hole in my mouth, with jagged edges. I phoned Dr. Vu's practice and left a detailed voice message. His message said to contact him by email if the matter was urgent. I am 70 years old, with Parkinson's Disease. This hole in my mouth was nasty. I could not wait. I wrote to Dr. Vu at 10:30 (at night). I explained the situation. I received a reply at 10:45 (that same night). Dr. Vu worked some magic to squeeze me in at 9:30 the next morning. I could not believe my good fortune. I needed a crown. Dr. Vu prepared my tooth for a crown, made the crown (on site) and installed it all in the same session. It was really rather impressive. I was so grateful for the immediate attention and care. This experience was absolutely "Best Case" scenario. I could not have asked for anything more! I give this performance 5 Stars. Dr Baurmash treated her in two phases and my daughter finally was released from care when she was 14 years old with a big, beautiful smile. At the same time our family relocated from New Jersey to Arizona. I had two other children that needed orthodontic care and I had interviewed a number of Arizona orthodontists and had grave concerns. I knew what to expect and what they were prescribing was not what Dr Baurmash had done for my oldest daughter. One orthodontist even suggested surgery. Dr Baurmash went out of her way to seek out and interview a number of orthodontists in my area of Arizona and she found a practice that was a perfect fit for my two younger children. Fast forward now to 2019 and my oldest daughter who completed all her care with Dr Baurmash in New Jersey,is 25 years old, living and working in San Diego, California. She went to a local dentist, the first on her own and she just called me laughing about how Gugu gaga he was over what he called her perfect orthodontia.
