That's how we found out about Craig-Air, as they were the recommended local provider by them. We haven't always had the best customer service from our warranty management, but most of their contracted providers, once engaged, have been good. Craig was way better than good. We got a call from them first thing in the morning after the home warranty verification, saying they could be right out. We asked "how soon was that"...the technician, Mark, said "ten minutes". He was there in EIGHT. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, and then explained to us what had happened and how it caused the water leakage, in layman's terms we understood just fine, and was in and out. I really appreciate the speedy service, the quality and efficiency of the work, the courtesy, but most especially, I appreciate the value added of Mark explaining to me the process and remedy without talking down to me as a non-mechanic homeowner. He didn't have to do that, even though it was only a few more minutes of his time. A company with professionals like Mark is a company I want to recommend.
