She told me my MRI was denied by my insurance, but I was a little confused why. After work I called her back to get some clarification. I said, "Hi there, Im a teacher and my school was a little chaotic when we spoke on the phone earlier, I was hoping you could please clarify some things for me about the MRI". And she said in the rudest tone, "We spoke earlier at length about this, what could I possibly explain to you." It was so incredibly rude. I have been trying to get answers about my pain for the past 4 months. I began to cry on the phone because I was so overwhelmed with this whole process and I could not believe the rudeness I was experiencing from her. She also called the doctor by her first name and I wasnt familiar with her first name, when I asked for clarification she said, "Don't you remember seeing your doctor last week?" ...She should not be working in a customer service position and I seriously hope Vero Ortho reads this and addresses it because that was so ridiculous I don't even want to go back.
