Dr. Toor just did this to me. I'm done with the entire lousy hospital and now refuse to use any of their services or clinics - even though I have to pay for it on my property taxes. There are two Dr. Grays, a father and son which adds to the confusion. I had seen Dr. Gray, the father, a few times. He should be retired by now. No confidence in his ability to diagnose anything serious, after he had no idea what a wart looked like! The practice sees too many patients. Never can get through or have a call returned at all! Or a week later! The visit when they gave me a year-old order they pulled out of a drawer for blood work under someone else's name really cemented my opinion.
