Now I could completely understand if you just simply didn't have the food, but to tell me it's not possible because "its a friday night" & "we have new kitchen staff" and then blaming it on a language barrier??? Correct me if I'm wrong, but are they not hired to oversee/run the kitchen? Not to mention, it's just a different variation of what already on the nachos on the menu... they're literally just substitutions with LESS ingredients. Highly disappointed, he didn't even ask what I'd like on there to see if it was possible! On top of that, the first employee said they don't even do that anymore & when I said I'd just ordered it recently she completely switched it & transferred me to someone else. I don't speculate but it just felt like they didn't care to make the order which is very disheartening considering I've ordered this same meal in 6 different states & multiple cities...
