Don is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. He took fantastic care of both of my bikes, completed the repairs quickly and efficiently, and went above and beyond to help. I live in Wilmington, and after our local Pedego shop closed, I first tried another bike shop that unfortunately wasn't a positive experience. Don's Pedego shop is now the closest authorized shop that could properly fix the issue with one of my bikes, and it was absolutely worth the drive. The electric bikes that we rented were absolutely perfect for the windy day that we were riding. We were able to ride at the shore of the beach and explore neighborhoods of South Carolina. If one needs to feel more active, keep the speed at 1 but if you want more cruising, keep the speed at 5. This was perfect. The wind would have deterred us but the electric bike and Van Rowell came through. Rent these bikes from here. You won't be sorry.

I want to give a shout-out to the staff of Island Adventure Watersports. We just finished a…read moretwo-hour jet ski tour and had a great time! The staff proved to be considerate, professional, and cordial even in the face of some customers who did not extend the same courtesy. One of the scheduled parties was running late. The staff called the party several times to give them grace and the opportunity to make the tour. That was above and beyond expectations and quite courteous, especially considering the policy outlined in the booking verification email. That party was able to participate because of that kindness. Once the tour got going, my spouse and I fell a bit behind. Yet, one staff member waited and led the way without complaint. She checked in with us and also recognized quickly when we later lost a hat (we were able to retrieve it, fortunately). She circled back to get us. At one point, a customer got stuck in some trees. The two staff members coordinated with one another to help the stuck individual and still attend to the rest of the group. The staff also had to contend with folks repeatedly ignoring safety protocol, yet kept their cool in the face of these circumstances. Our trip was great in spite of the hiccups caused by other parties, and the staff get full credit for making this tour as awesome as it was! Thank you for a memorable, fun, and unique experience!
