We recently had our basement floor replaced with laminate. Extremely disappointed in the service we…read morewere provided. The cost (we found out to late) was way over market value, we were quoted one price and finally when we received the breakdown we realized the lies we had been told. However, we were then informed that we had only 3 days to cancel and now would have to pay 50% of the price to cancel!!! We reached out and negotiations were off the table. They refused to do anything! We were told a Father and son would do the install - keep it in the family and instead 4 Brazilians came that spoke little to no English after the foreman left we had no way to communicate. The Foreman left within 2 hours of beginning the job. We paid to have the furniture moved and they did not move it back where it all originally was. They also were very careless and broke a few items. In addition the walls were marred and gouged during the install. The floor was never vacuumed afterward and there was dust on EVERYTHING - no clean up at all. Also after paying $484.00 Thru them to have the toilet lifted to lay the flooring it took 3 days to have it put back in and they acted like it wasn't their responsibility. I would be very careful when dealing with these people!!!! Read the contract carefully, Don't take anything they say as the truth and ask for a breakdown of costs - we were told we got a 30% promotional discount and it was $0!!

We loved it so much, we decided to finish our first floor using the same flooring. We thought we were certain we wanted new carpet in the living room and foyer, but had a change of heart and boy am I glad we did! It looks amazing! From meeting with Steve Porter to finalize what we wanted to the admin team on keeping us updated with delivery and install info to the install team who were work horses...kudos to all!!! Thanks to Steve Porter and the Molyneaux installation team for a job well done. We worked with Steve to get new flooring in our kitchen/dining area, as well as our enclosed back porch. and itwas the easiest process. Love our new floors!!!! Thanks Molyneaux!!

I wish I could give them negative stars, they earned it…read more ProSource KNOWINGLY sold me a stone tile/backsplash product that MUST be cut wet. However, it contains a water soluble glue which makes this impossible as the stone falls off the mesh backing when it gets wet. I was NOT made aware of this when I purchased it and Prosource denied knowing the issue even existed until 2 months in on a phone call with Ed the showroom manager, who was dumb enough to admit they knew it was an issue. I spent countless hours calling and emailing both the manufacturer, Topcu, and ProSource attempting to learn a way to be able to install the product as my wife and I both really like it. I even purchased 3 additional new diamond blades in a vain attempt to cut it, because "this has never happened before". Then what I was told, and I still cannot believe they were stupid enough to suggest this, was to remove each individual stone from the backing, cut it wet, then glue it back on. After a ridiculous amount of back and forth the final answer the manufacturer said to do would cost more than the product itself did, take countless hours of work, be nearly impossible to do correctly and completely make the product un returnable. For an alleged high end product that cost over $300 per box. ProSource refused to take back the product except under unreasonable circumstances, only taking back non cut and non broken sheets, a 25% restocking fee AND my paying the freight back to the manufacturer in Georgia. The manufacturers rep admitted to me on multiple occasions that the situation was ridiculous but still I could not get an acceptable resolution from them either. I guess they expected me to lay down and take the abuse. Not this guy. I fought and I won...just like I told them I would. Now I get to warn you. Who is dumb enough to use a water soluble glue on a product that must be cut wet? Topcu. Who is both dumb enough to sell that product to consumers without telling them? Dave at ProSource Monroeville. Who is dumb enough to insist this has never happened before? Todd at ProSource Monroeville and Brian at Topcu. Who is dumb enough to admit this does happen and I was lied to repeatedly for over 2 months? Ed at Prosource Monroeville. Who was smart enough to give me my money back? PNC. You would be better off buying your supplies at a flea market. But if you want to buy this crap they sold me check the usual spots where people sell stuff, I will be listing it for sale there until someone buys it, which I expect will be a very long time.
