Our Molyneaux laminate installation occurred yesterday. We were on a tight schedule after our dog ate our carpet and we needed new flooring for the holidays. We chose Molyneaux because they were able to accommodate the time crunch we were feeling, and it was nice that a salesperson was able to come to the house to help us. We were happier with our salesperson (Tim Landers) than the installation crew. There were some damages that occurred during installation to our existing trim and walls - BUT, we are being compensated monetarily to get the damages fixed. The supply delivery scheduler, Mike, was also very kind and easy to work with. Molyneaux was good for the situation because we were in a rush... but in the future, I may do more research into prices/brands/qualities of flooring before signing a contract for such a high priced project. We purchased carpet from Dave Rosky from Molyneaux a few weeks ago. He came to our house with specific carpet samples that we requested. It was so easy to choose our new carpets. We also hoped to have it in by Thanksgiving and our wish was granted. In less than two weeks our carpet was ordered and installed. It was wonderful working with Dave. The men that installed our carpet, Dave and Floyd, were wonderful to work with. They did an excellent job and were so efficient and neat. I love our new rug. It is absolutely beautiful. We used Molyneaux 21 years ago with our first rug and never had any issues with it. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on using only them in the future. Our salesperson, Tim Landers, at the Greensburg Molyneaux was very pleasant and helpful when we visited the showroom. He came to our house the following day with samples and to take measurements. We were able to negotiate a very good price to have the entire first floor of the house done in hardwood flooring. The material arrived on time as did the six man team to do the install. In three days the old carpet from three rooms, the tile in the foyer, and the vinyl in the kitchen were removed and all the new flooring was installed. We chose molneaux over the completion for the simple reason that we have used the competition in the past, and have not been satisfied. The salesman at the big box store in the area really didn't seem to care about us. When we went to molyneaux , in Greensburg, Dave Rosky was very pleasant and even set up an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was not pushy and was very patient while pointing out the pluses and minuses of each carpet sample we chose. We did not have that great of experience with the salesman, as he was very pushy, and it seemed as though we were an inconvience, but once we decided to order from them- he was a completely different person.
