As I said, the 11 pm to 7 am shift is useless.The daytime nurses were very professional and the daytime and 8 am to 11 pm aides deserve a big raise for sure. They are all dedicated professionals. As far as housekeeping goes the floor in my room was swept every day but never mopped. The bathroom was unsanitary at times and toilet was caked with feces and the wall splattered with it. The people in charge were made aware of my concerns and were equally frustrated in finding resolution. The government has got to take a longer look at what is happening to our healthcare system since Covid and come up with a solution.My concerns are not going to stop here. I'm going to continue to write every congressman and senator until something is done. I happened to be in a high-rated place but what about the others? They refuse residents water even if they cannot walk. They refuse to turn on the lights in rooms even if they are bedridden.
