Dr. Langone has been my podiatrist for decades and I could not recommend her more highly!! She has treated me and my entire family for plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, ingrown toenails, and fractures. She cares, listens, and never rushes you. After two appointments with Dr. Langone she referred me to her associate Elizabeth Piselli Who is podiatric surgeon. She did a procedure on my toe and the next day I was in a tremendous amount of pain. I called the office and asked to speak with her. She had a receptionist in the office call me back and tell me to take two Tylenol. I said I really need to speak with her and I was told that's all she can do for me. It is outrageous that a medical person be so uncaring as to Not talk to me directly. It's now two days later and I'm still in pain and the office is closed because it's the weekend so I have no one to speak to. I strongly recommend that you do not go to Elizabeth Piselli if you find yourself in the same situation that Dr. Langone refers you. After 30 years of neglecting my flat feet I was at a point of having trouble just walking to the bathroom. I spend about 12-18 hours a day on my feet, so this caused an issue. After seeing the dr a few times and creating custom orthopedic I was hopeful. After using the new insert for a few weeks and breaking it in my feet feel normal and my knees also feel good. No more pain from walking and I cant imagine not using the inserts ever again. The DR was very professional and great at communicating everything that was going on with my feet. Dr Langone has been my podiatrist for years. As she does not do surgery,I have always appreciated her approach as I was able to avoid surgeries by correcting my walking gait with orthotics. However my tween daughter needed minor surgery for an infected toenail so I was happy to discover Dr. Piselli, a podiatrist surgeon, is now practicing there. I was a little worried my daughter would have a bad experience as she needed an injection into her toe etc but Dr. Piselli put us at ease and was amazing. My daughter was completely comfortable through the whole procedure and said it didn't hurt at all. In fact she was giggling at how it seemed she had a rubber toe afterwards. Dr. Piselli had been very thorough with her instructions so that we showed up for the procedure with the toe prepped appropriately. We did not have much wait time and the cost of the procedure was quite reasonable. (We had no insurance so that was good). My only complaint is that their waiting room doesn't have enough room or seats to accommodate their now busier practice. Some people needed to sit down as they had foot problems but couldn't and even went to their car to wait as there us not even any seating in the lobby. Also they should tell people not to conduct cell phone calls in the cramped waiting room. One woman kept talking on calls while I tried to focus on filling out patient history forms. When she wasn't talking, her phone kept ringing loudly too. There was no sign about cell phone use. That was just rude! read more

horrible office. just interested in clipping your toe nails and billing your insurance. no extra care for diabetic patients and don't follow through on ordering diabetic shoes. will never return there. read more
