Due to my extreme satisfaction with the practice, I went to Dr. O and received the same amazing care as I receive from Dr. Ciminiello. After reviewing my range of motion and tests, it was determined that I would be best off with a shoulder replacement to obtain the range of motion I wanted. However, physical therapy was the most conservative approach, especially since we couldn't do surgery until after I was fully recovered from my other replacements. I was very diligent with my P/T and when I went for a re-evaluation, my range of motion had returned to nearly normal, so we agreed to simply repair the rotator cuff, a simpler surgery. My progress in the past 6 weeks has been fantastic! First of all, my pain level is very low. I have only had to take Tylenol a few times. I have a long time to fo, but like my knees, I have been consistently way ahead of the expected range of motion and other recovery markers. I attribute this to the skill of the surgeons. Dr. Olujimi is soft spoken, laid back and spends time with you. There is no pressure and no rush to make a decision. He has a great sense of humor and an engaging smile. I am completely comfortable with him. I have heard nothing but great things about him from other doctors/surgeons (outside of his practice) and I highly recommend seeing him for at least a second opinion if you are having shoulder problems. He also handles sports shoulder injuries. He has multiple offices too.

This team has helped me in helping me on getting back on my feet and although I am still recovering, I wouldn't have made such strong improvements without them. Also to mention, GraceAnne has really pushed me to the edge. Consider her a drill instructor who will push the envelope while making sure you aren't going completely overboard. She's a mad scientist which is cool. Overall, it's a good spot to go to. The community here is great as well.
