Generous chunks of crab were steeped in a rich sauce to adhere perfectly to the pasta. Fortunately, she couldn't finish the plentiful portion, so I was enlisted to help. It was a happy duty. We were recommended a local cider, which was tasty and snappy without being overly sweet. I opted for a Guinness, which, when activated with the ultrasound exciter, brought out the full flavor of the brew, as well as the rich texture. We interacted with at least four members of the waitstaff, and found them each charming in their own way. Friendly, flavorful, and fun. What more could you ask for in a dinner experience?
