$18 ccs plate, 1 side. Cobb salad, no corn included.

Was excited to try this restaurant, was there in afternoon not busy at all, Was promptly seated and order taken, waitress brought food and we never seen her again, had to finally get up and ask for check, no refills either.. The food is overpriced and in small portions, a $18, 5" circle chicken fried steak plate should have two sides, not one small side. By the time it is breaded and cooked well done on the edges you got about five good bites out of it. The Cobb salad we ordered was $15 and it was presented nicely and had fresh avocado but - No Corn- in a Cobb salad, had little tiny pieces of turkey that were far and few between. No bread, no crackers. Would not try this place again. Felt a tad robbed when we left after paying $38 for this meal and no service.

The restaurant is located on Main Street. Depending on the time parking could be challenging. The restaurant is beautiful. The staff is friendly and attentive. My daughter ordered the chicken fried venison. She said it good but did have some tough pieces. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich from the lunch menu. It was good but did not have mayo or any other condiments. Fries were fresh and hot.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon after walking around downtown for awhile. Inside is very nicely decorated and there is a side boutique attached to the restaurant that you can look at while you wait to be seated. There are several areas to be seated in, booths along the wall, upstairs seating and tables downstairs in the middle area. Our party of 6 fit perfectly in a booth. The food was large portions and very filling. We went w mozzarella sticks and wings and queso for appetizers, for entrees we did the chicken fried steak, the chicken bacon pasta, the Mac and cheese, I also tried the soup of the day which was supposed to be a butternut squash and sausage soup. Food was good and everyone was satisfied. Only thing I would change would be the cocktails. Tasted more like mock tails and not worth the money.

The atmosphere is great. But lighting in booths are very bright. Maybe tone it down.

Burger was delicious. There are no substitutions for fries but ordered my veggies anyway at the cost of $10! Service was fine. I did notice every one who came in after us were served bread when the we're seated. Not that I needed the bread, but it should have been offered. Ambiance is nice. Very clean. Lightning is very bright.... Could tone it down some.

I felt like we intruded on these ladies lunches! I'm looking all over for a menu and finally ask the girl behind the counter and she pulls a menu out. I'm was so confused as to why they don't just keep them out. The next thing that got me is that there weren't prices on the menu. We ordered 2 pulled pork and 1 chicken salad and it was about $38. The girl behind the counter was very sweet and accommodating, especially for my picky kids. My kids love pulled pork and they said this was okay but they preferred grandpa's. It did look a little dry but my husband said it was okay. My chicken salad sandwich was dry as well. The potato salad was really good though!!! They both could have used a little more seasoning. Thankfully there was salt on the table. Now for the star of the show... the pickles!!! I'm the only real pickle eater and I thought they were really good... enough so that I bought a big container. It was a little odd because the pickles on my plate were different textures. My husband actually noted the same thing. We went back and got a Dr Pepper cake. It was moist and had an interesting flavor. I don't think I would have guessed DP if I hadn't known it before.
