The value for the price is best in class and the crews are incredibly hard working. They moved quickly, deliberately and handled anything unexpected (which is always a fair amount when you're dealing with houses that are centuries old) with ease. But now the value is gone considering we we will have to fix so much. You get what you pay for I guess.!

Out of at least 10 different flooring companies I reached out to, they were the most knowledgeable and responsive - always got back to me within hours. Their pricing was the most reasonable, and most importantly, their expertise in flooring really stood out. We had to change the start date of the project 5 times because of a leak that happened before closing, and they were always very accommodating. Upon a last-minute request, Alex came out to meet with us to inspect the water-damaged floor and gave us an estimated timeline of the repair, and he finished the project without delay (unlike many contractor horror stories we've heard). They saved us so much stress as a new home owner dealing with severe water damage. The new floor came out absolutely gorgeous and we're in love! Our friends and family who have seen the new floor all keep saying how good it looks too. It was such a great experience working with Alex and his team, and we would hire them again in a heart beat!

It was very old carpeting so a lot of the cushioning/padding that was underneath was stuck to the floor as well so they made sure all of that was scraped up without damaging the wooden flooring below. I learned later, with other craftsmen, that with correct tools and consideration of my desired outcome, it was not necessary to butcher my floors on their edges. This flooring company tore my floor up. I did try to go cheap so I went with them. I did not know that when we negotiated price, I negotiated away the sealant ti protect floors and allowance to butcher my floors. I was told back/forth 2/3 coats on floor. With/without sealant? Angel said 2 coats sealant. Soon dirt is well in the grains of wood. I know because I can see where a rectifying area was made with the sealant compared to everything that sticks with floor. I have question is it the @Bona #Bona product. My first rodeo. Fixing will cost me an entire 675 sq new floor. It aches my heart. I don't have that kind of money and I wanted a nice outcome. If I had been informed more, I would have work harder to have paid more instead to spend so much more now fix in a few years after I save to do it. Why are workers not honest?!!!! Please inform the consumer the cost of cutting price. I have regrets that will cost me now to redo and seal my floors, and more, if I want to resume my useable sq ftg because you ate it away to close the gaps you butchered. Please do not do this to another customer again. Just be honest even if you don't get the job. I am so hurt.

The team took the time to walk me through various options and find the right solution for the space. The LVT looks fantastic, and I was especially impressed with the hardwood refinishing. They restored the old floors beautifully and achieved an excellent match with the existing wood flooring. Despite mixed flooring, they did an excellent job making the floor feel seamless and intentional throughout the apartment. Everyone I worked with was patient and professional throughout the process. Melissa was incredibly helpful with all of the co-op paperwork, which I especially appreciated since this was my first co-op renovation. Angelo was on time for the estimate and helped me work through different options and narrow down the right LVT samples. Dave was outstanding from early talks to managing the day-to-day work - he was communicative, responsive, and always willing to answer questions. He also helped select a stain that blended beautifully with the existing floors. All of the work crews were punctual, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. Throughout the project, everyone at Spagnoli was incredibly accommodating and always took the time to address questions and concerns, making the renovation process much less stressful. I had spoken with 10+ contractors and narrowed my search down to two flooring companies. Had a better feeling about Spagnoli, and I'm so glad I stuck with my gut and chose them. The craftsmanship, communication, and customer service were outstanding from start to finish, and I would gladly work with them again on any future flooring projects.
