You huffed and puffed, rolled your eyes, and looked at me like I had asked you the most difficult question in your life.... It was a simple answer...the taxes were different from where I purchased the item then to where I was returning it to your store. The last time I was here , I had ordered a umbrella online and the order was canceled due to the item being out of stock but I never received a notice telling me, but I never got one saying it was ready. I decided to call the store to see how it was doing , and the store manager Victor informed me it was canceled . I told him I hadn't received the cancellation notice . He then kindly looked to see if they had any and stock and he said someone had returned one , if i wanted to come get it. He went out of his way to do that for me and search for one . I got to the store and I wanted to make sure that it wasn't returned for a specific reason , he offered to open it and that we could check together. Truth be told I'm blinder than a bat so I saw nothing with it . Then he said " wait it's ripped " and it totally was . I thank him for his honesty , and again he went out of his way to search for me if they had it at another location, they did but unfortunately really far away. Today I visited the store again and again the vibes are always so right in there with the employees !!! But I called before going again because it was the same item and I wanted to make sure it didn't cancel . This time Nick answered and was the nicest person ever and super informative ! I can not say one bad thing about this store cause they go above and beyond for customers !! Great job !

I took advantage of their 55% off sale on Cadbury chocolate products and bought some snacks. I purchased a candle & sparkling water from Italy. I'm astonished they have such a variety of foodstuffs from around the world. It was fun to pore over all the displays. They have a nice display of furniture but very pricey. It was fun shopping here except I found on my receipt I was charged for an extra item and was not given the 55% off sale on a Cadbury product, which was clearly marked. I spoke with Kelly, who was working at the counter. She was so friendly, welcoming, and sweet and we chatted for a bit. She explained that they also have classes for crafts like jewelry making & candle making. It's something I'm interested in exploring further. She let me know that Angie owned the shop and there were challenges when the pandemic hit. I'm so heartbroken that so many small businesses were adversely impacted. I love supporting small businesses. Like I told Kelly small businesses are the backbone of the American economy. They have a prayer request wall. The service was amazing- they were so sweet and I asked about how long they have been there and she said 7 years, which I was amazed by- she said that they started as a workshop place and expanded their gift shop but they do still offer classes. We can't wait to go participate. Everything was adorable. It is a bit pricey, but I love supporting small local businesses, and can't wait to go back when I need special gifts or just something cute. Although they arrived in the time window they were not gentle with the couch a corner of it was dragging as they pulled it up the driveway. Thankfully it was encased in cardboard. I ordered a lot of my furniture from them for a delivery and the day of my delivery, they cancelled the entire delivery because they lost the hardware to put together most of my furniture. They offered no help and even told me to refund and buy my furniture somewhere else. I was pretty surprised. Oh they even said they had to cancel my whole order because the delivery truck was too full to fit the rest of the furniture they could've delivered. So basically they just decided I didn't need to get my furniture today. My husband and I took off work and made so many arrangements to make sure we were home for this delivery. This delivery we scheduled weeks ago. I called Harrison, the sales guy who sold me all this furniture (which we saved up for) and he told me, "Sorry it's my day off, please call the store." LOL Yeah. I was correct in assuming at the scarcity of items available. However, I was able to pick up some toys for Toys for Tots. I buy toys throughout the year so I have a bundle to donate when collection time comes around. So my visit here was not wasted. My purchases were under $20, which kept me within budget.
