Great public golf course close to Nashville. Very scenic and lots of elevation throughout the course. Can be busy at times but I've never been when it's been "overcrowded" and waiting on every shot. Enjoy your round and grab a beer or two and a brat at the turn for a good price.

An average looking green at Pebble Brook Golf Course

I recently played the Pebble Brook Golf Course and could not be more disappointed. Pros: The course is relatively cheap (compared to some of the municipal courses closer to Nashville) and is more likely to have open tee times on the weekends. The layout is fairly interesting with some interesting approach shots, particularly on the par 3's. Cons: The condition of the course is beyond awful. The fairways are long/overgrown, and the greens have more holes/divots/ball marks than most tee boxes. I also broke 10+ tees trying to put them into the grass on the tee box because it might as well have been cement. It is clear that they do not care what shape the course is in and put as little effort in as possible for maintenance. Driving the golf cart was a terrifying experience. All of the carts I saw were in really rough shape and had cracks to the windshields / foam missing from the seats. Also the brakes seemed like they've never been maintained which made for some really dicey twists and turns on the long drives between holes. I would strongly encourage even the most casual of golfers choose a different course in the Nashville area when looking to play a round of golf.

Pace of play is abysmal. Course would be great if the people running It were competent.

You don't have to be good, you don't even need to know how to count, it's all done for you! It is just a great activity. Getting drink service while playing can be challenging during peak times. The food is bar food but on the better side of that. By now we must have visited at least a dozen times and I have never heard anyone in my groups having any complaints. I love to come here and I will be back soon again!

I would say that I really liked it. It took about 30ish minutes to complete. We didn't get food or drinks because we planned on getting them at our next stop. While this place was lovely and fun, I didn't not like how it started for a hot sec. Originally, I purchased a Groupon for their 9 hole experience which was $27. I got my code and put it in the website. However, the website wouldn't accept it. So when I went to call the restaurant to see how to correct the issue, there was no answer for 5 calls and an left voicemail. So I decided to purchase another 9 hole experience on their website. Which meant I paid $61 to play this game. But Groupon will refund me.

The greens? So smooth you'll want to roll a picnic blanket out and call it a day. Honestly, if your ball doesn't roll true here, that's on you, champ. The layout is fun, challenging, and just scenic enough to make you forget how many balls you've donated to the water hazards. It's the rare course where you'll finish 18 holes and think, "Yeah, I could do that again," even if your scorecard looks like a math problem gone wrong. Bottom line: Hermitage is a Nashville gem. Great condition, great vibes, and just enough beauty to distract you from your questionable swing mechanics.

We wanted to try something we never done and with me with an urge to take up golf probably this spring this was right up our alley. The weather was ugh, very cold, lol, that's not their fault... that's on us! The mimosas were awesome! Can't never seem to have enough of them. We had made plans on somewhere else to eat afterwards and decided to just order chips and salsa and they were some of the best salsa and warm chips that I've had in a very long time. The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I look forward coming back when the weather is a little warmer. The games, omg the games! I think if we played games like Mario Brothers in golf for real there would probably be more people who would actually want to play golf... but it's super fun and we all had a fantastic and enjoyable time. Time flew by and we were actually going to prolong our stay after our server let us know we could until she found out someone had already reserved the spot. She was willing to move us but we were just trying to extend the game we were in and we ended up finishing it in the time allotted. We appreciate the offer though. Can't wait to come back and of course in shorts!

We quickly learned how to get the games started. I was caught off guard that there's a membership fee to get started, but I probably didn't pay attention to all details on the site. We went on a discount day, so it was affordable for us. Check these days out for more budget friendly options. The bay was cool enough for a hot day. I like the themed games, but I could see it getting boring for some players. The parking is free & outside the facility. Love: service (kind, helpful); bay space (open & clean) Like: cheese fries (crunchy fries with cheese sauce & bacon); margaritas (not premium but fine)
