My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.

Imagine bringing your car into them for an oil change. Your out of your car for the entire day just for an oil change. Thats crazy. My car was dropped off at 8:30am. What was said that they would get my brakes checked and then inform me of cost quickly so that parts can be ordered and the car worked on didnt happen. 2pm comes around and i receive nothing. I then called them and finally the ball started to roll. Soon after, my brake change is a 3,000 bill if i proceed. I am not complaining because of the high quote. I am complaining now cause i lost pretty much the entire day waiting on a brake inspection only to find a high cost and still, no new brakes. I ended up taking my car that same day to another shop. They replaced my brakes along with my rotors for 900 bucks less than what this place quoted me. I then started thinking about my other experiences i have had with this establishment. I realized that this is a place where they will always try to upsell other items, services to you. You dont really leave there with what you originally came in for. Your going to pay for other "recommended" items somehow, someway. Moral of this review? They are not efficient they take forever and they are very pricey.

When I arrived, I explained my recent experiences. They were so nice, so professional, and answered so many of my questions. Shawn (sorry if I spelled it wrong) took me outside to show me and explain things that needed to be repaired on my car so it would be safe for my next trip. They did an amazing job. Crash Champions of Shawnee should never be used for vehicles that require anything needing…read moremechanical work included in your repair. Crash Champions has sent my vehicle to Christian Brothers for actual mechanical repairs and I am experiencing multiple delays and mis-information being provided to me on my repair timeline. My vehicle was dropped of at Crash Champions on 2/8, estimate provided on 2/11 due to the weekend. First estimated completion date was 2/21. On 2/14 "vehicle is underway" . Updated completion adjusted to 2/26. On 2/19 "half way mark" was status. On 2/20 "on track for 2/26 completion". On 2/25 up dated completion to 3/6. On 3/4 all parts have been received, WONDER HOW THEY WERE HALF WAY DONE AND DINDT EVEN HAVE PARTS. On 3/6 updated to 3/13 completion. On 3/12 my vehicle had not even been looked at by the sub-contractor Christian Brothers. On 3/12 updated to 3/17 no later than completion. My vehicle was finally looked at on 3/18, and needed additional parts. The part was ordered and the wrong part was received. 3/19 new part ordered, with 2-3 day delivery, update to 3/24 expected completion. On 3/24 promised by end of day, not delivered. On 3/25 still not delivered and on test drive it was determined new bearings are needed. Christian Brothers cannot guaranty when the vehicle will be put back in a bay to be fixed. Crash Champions has now updated the delivery to 3/27. Vehicle still not finished. The advisor at Crash Champions has been very polite, but cannot get the sub-contractor to complete work. The repairs have been paid by the insurance company, minus my deductible on pick-up. I would say I will never go back to Crash Champions but, I believe I will be back there for poor repairs by sub-contractor. Time will tell.
