I called Dental Pointe and they got me in right away - evaluated my problem - wedged me between other patients (without inconveniencing other patients) - revealed my situation with x-ray photos - showed me their very competitive procedure costs - and asked if I wanted to go for it in about 20 minutes. Of course I did! Dr. Gangaji, the surgeon, did her magic and it was over before I felt any pain (individual differences could vary). Without any considerations for this recommendation, I am happy with everyone I met at Dental Pointe. Rose 9/18/2024

0 Stars - Unacceptable Experience I took my 4-year-old…read moredaughter to Dental Pointe today, and I am beyond disappointed with the service. The dental assistant, Jasleen, was extremely rude and rushed through my daughter's cleaning in less than 2 minutes. When the doctor, Dr. Gangaji, came in and pointed out food particles still on her teeth--Jasleen half-heartedly claimed she "tried."It was clear she didn't put in any real effort. If she had, the teeth would have been cleaned properly. My daughter had just come from school, so we hadn't brushed her teeth beforehand, but that shouldn't have excused such a lack of thoroughness and care. Dr. Gangaji didn't remove stain from her teeth, that was the main reason we were there. I had to insist that the stains be removed, and after a second attempt, the teeth looked brighter but still not perfectly clean. It's clear that this dental clinic is not equipped or prepared to handle children's appointments properly. They should not even offer appointments for kids if they can't manage them with the care and attention required. I would not recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality dental care for their child.

    - root canal done August 2024 - Came back August 2025 with…read morepain, as they missed an ENTIRE root / canal, leading to dental abscess and needing a root canal fix - Came back a year later (just about a month ago) with MORE pain, they tell me the root canal looks good, but it is infected so I need my tooth pulled. I got a second opinion - The new dentist told me I need it pulled as well, but he found that the root canal was done poorly - He found a ton of sealer outside of the tooth, which he had never seen before and left him puzzled - He also found that the infection was eating at my tooth root (neither of these were mentioned by my dentist who did the procedure) - My new dentist also told I should have been sent to a specialist for the fix, and that he doesn't think they used the proper machinery to do the fix. - On top of all this, when I got the original canal done, they messed up the procedure and the bleach like cleaner they used got to the back of my throat and I had 2 large canker sores for 3+ weeks, and all they did was say "wow how did that happen". Not apologetic at all. All I did was ask them to compensate me for my root canal as I missed many days of work, spent $800 to have the tooth pulled and will need to spend another 2 grand and more time off work when I get the implant out in. They were willing to offer nothing for my troubles, or trauma. On top of this, I was also originally overcharged when they INCREASED the price while I was on the operating table. Weeks later they tell me "oops sorry we were right the first time" and they gave me the option for a "credit", I ended up getting refunded the amount to my card but what kind of scam are they running that they hope people are not going to want to their card but to get a credit for future services. They hide behind fake smiles and hope patients will just get over issues. I was told "root canals aren't guaranteed to work and they find they do not owe me compensation". DO NOT GO HERE.
