not so great experience. had an appointment, for 11:30 am besides myself there was another patient waiting I proceeded to fill out the paperwork the other patient walked out not so happy. Another person walked in the check in clerk started to and doing pressure checks etc like if I were not before this lady .I confirmed with the check in clerk my appointment time and that I was next . Correct she then said we are to take Ms...... because she is going to be quick then clerk violated this person hippa rights by saying she had catarat surgery I was appalled and disappointed with service or lack there of. The verdict is still out on this one. A bit of a mixup took place where the doc thought he had given my child the right prescription the first time but actually had not .. he clearly came to me and told me he wanted to see if my daughter would be ok wearing the regular in both eyes (instead of astygmatism in one) ... spelled that wrong I bet...we have the boxes to prove it. This required a second appointment which was inconvenient and then tried a different brand, much more expensive per box. When I called and asked why the switch, they were adamant they had given us the right prescription the first time and that my daughter just didn't like them. Went back and forth with receptionist who insisted I was wrong and that I basically didn't know what I was talking about. Why would I make this up? Regardless of whether you thought I was wrong, why would you treat a first time new customer like this? I give you the opportunity to service my family of 5 and this is how you treat us? When I go in to pick up the new trial lenses I get a passive pretty non chalant apology after I let the receptionist know she was offensive. Disappointing since I actually liked the doctor the first appointment and thought he was charismatic and informative. Listen, I'm just trying to get the right prescription. I'm sorry the doctor forgot the 1st set of lenses he gave us to try out, but this whole ordeal could have been avoided had you been kinder and apologetic from the get go rather than continuously insisting the computer and the doctor were right. My satisfactions is so overwhelming that I do not know where to start. 1. Dr. Ronin is amazing. Him and his staffs go above and beyond to keep his patients happy. Not only was he helpful to his patients but with his staffs as well. If he is from ( no patient) he will stop whatever he is doing to help his staffs. For over 30 years of my life of visiting optometrist he is the very first that had educated me on visions; in terms of how important it is to take of our eyes. Not only that, he is very specific to my care. 2. Very quick. A very fast and thorough services. Anyone can do this within their lunch break. 3. After my exam the team next door is also helpful on helping me with ordering my contact lens and saved me money. They are good at what they do. Placed the order on a Friday afternoon and received my contact lens by Monday morning. I am just happy with the their services overall. Oh and I forgot to add. I came to Dr. Ronin because I love how respectful he treated my daughter. REFERRED MY FAMILY TO HIM!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended Dr.Ronin and his staffs!!! Unlike the horrible service we received from that optometrist my son received at a Target vision in EULESS on Glade!!! Very condescending to my son. She were just so rude. I have very bad eyes. I see a Retina specialist in Fort Worth, who told me that I could get glasses, I have been to several different eye Doctors that prescribed me a prescription that just wasn't right. My wife suggested me see her eye Dr. Dr Ronin, he told me what he could do, and I gotta tell you I see the best I ever had. I'm really happy going to him. The best eye exam ever, Dr. Ronin was professional and courteous. Very concerned for my eye health. Dr. Ronin was patient, spent considerable time making sure that I was comfortable with my contacts. This was not an optical mill where the concern is how many exams can we do in a day, it was in depth, questions about what kind of monitors do I use at work, how far from the monitor? Is there backlighting? Are you sometimes viewing the monitors from angles? I've been wearing contacts since 1984 and I left with the most comfortable, clearest viewing contacts that I've ever worn. Dr. Ronin followed up with a call to see how the contacts fit and if I had any concerns. I've read the nightmare reviews from the previous owner, with the new owner its first class all the way! I'm so glad that I gave them a chance. Excellent care! This is now my only choice for an Optometrist. Thank you Dr. Ronin. read more

Paid over $1000 after insurance for lenses, also paid for scratch resistance. I got a tiny scratch in the middle of the lens and guess what, they told me it's scratch resistant not scratch proof. But lens have no resistance at all, complete waste of money They wanted $550 to replace. Spent thousands there over the years, and the the assistant smiled nicely and kept saying it's not scratch proof. Go not get conned by these people. They just want your $$$$$$. read more

Came in how did examination talk to my glasses up I think that pearl vision is over priced and I didn't buy glasses from you I went somewhere else I took the prescription went somewhere else and for a lot less money I was able to get the glasses I don't know that the quality of the company I went to is better than pearl probably been around forever but anyway I think the pricing that the quote price for y'all gave me of like 400 and $500 for a pair of glasses was exorbitant absolutely no reason for it but thank you very much read more

These people do not have hours for working people. Am stuck with a bad prescription, can't see, and can't get in because the ophthalmologist I saw only works midday. They won't let you see any other ophthalmologist there. Weekends are out due to travel for work. Currently living a blurry nightmare. read more

Watch out for Bipolar Dr. Tammi I'll make this short and sweet (unlike my experience at this store) Went to this location for exam/contact fitting and the exam initially went fine. She gave me a trial pair of contacts and I informed her that the right eye was blurry. Her response was "Your eye just needs to adjust, wait a couple minutes". I said "OK" and waited. Five minutes later, still blurry. I told her assistant and she informed me she would be right with me. 45 minutes later...the Dr. came back in a very rude and cold demeanor after I told her how long I waited and now I was late for another Dr. appointment I had that day. She then informed me that the reason for the contacts being blurry was due to the prescription being wrong because they didn't have my lenses which was never told to me in the beginning. I told her she never informed me of this to which she snapped back and said "Yes, I did". She never apologized about making me wait and then still wanted her $125 for the exam and fitting even after I STILL CANT SEE ANYTHING out of my right eye! I told her that I would pay it, but dispute it with my bank to which she told her staff to "Rip up his prescription and cancel his contacts". Then I asked for the manager and they told me she is the owner! Unbelievable...I wasted over two hours for NOTHING. Went to Target Optical and paid $65 for the exam and fitting! Yes you read right, $65! Please read other reviews about her unprofessional attitude and rude service, seriously I am not the only one. She needs her franchise revoked. DO NOT GO! read more

first of all when the employee told me what I was getting on my glasses I thought I needed the anti-glare so went along with it. I got my glasses and noticed I did not get what I asked for when the sun glaring the grey reflection was missing! so they put in another order and then I discovered I could not see well with the blurry vision from the anti-glare. the one gal said oh it was probably the air! phooey! I asked for another change in my glasses and they said well the lab has already starting to work on the lense and I said well then I will cancel! read more

I tried to be happy with the service. I visited twice. The first time I was referred to a specialist to have my eyes examined for possibility of a mini stroke. So I went to the specialist and a very high expense ; he would get back with dr. Hannaman to review. I never heard back from either and my phone calls resulted in no answers. The following year I went back to dr. Hannaman however she did not give me the same test to see if there was any change even though I requested this. Today I called the office for information regarding my prescription and whoever answered was extremely rude. I will not be going back to this facility. I was told they would have to get back with me so I am waiting a phone call. Let's hope I get a return call! read more

I took my prescription in the buy glasses. I went to Pearle because I thought it would be a fair price. Imagine my surprise when it totaled $800! When I picked my glasses up, she just handed them to me and said she hoped I enjoyed them! I thought at the very least she would check them for the correct fit! I was shocked and asked if I could look at them in a mirror (I was still standing at the front desk)! She said sure and pointed to the mirror. I drug the chair out and put on my glasses. They were obviously crooked. I commented on this and she told me they looked fine. I took them off and sat them on the counter. One earpiece didn't even touch the counter. She grabbed them and worked on them. I am so sorry I purchased from there but nothing I can do now. They need to hire some professional staff! read more

They have machines that are painless and not annoying, as in no puffs of air in your eyes.The exams seem very thorough to me, and Dr. Ronin is great about answering questions and explaining everything. I visited this Pearle vision for the first time today. Made an appt online and was seen same day. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The time it took to fill out new patient paperwork and to be seen by the doctor was fast! Dr. Ronin was very friendly, caring, approachable and professional. Awful!!! Go to costco for a 12month warranty on frames. My frames broke at day 45 and a very clear defect and they would not replace. The office staff is very unfriendly. Don't think about calling customer service because there ISN"T ANY. They are independently owned and the only person to help you is a useless office manager. NEVER AGAIN. I recently went to this office and met the new doctor and staff. They were all really friendly and inviting. They made my visit a breeze. I had scheduled my appointment online and they called me a day before with a friendly reminder. The doctor spent time going over everything about my eyes and even showed me a picture of the back of the eye. When I got into the optical I found a large selection with very modern styles and more importantly these fit my budget. Going to the eye doctor was never on my list of top priorities, but these people sure do get it right when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend everyone at least give this place a try. read more
