November 26, 2025, first time to go to this Pearle Vision location because I knew the optometrist who is great. The next part, not so great. Was going to reuse my frames (1 1/2 years old and in great condition) but I would have to leave them to send with the scrip for new lenses; told 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. December 24. Well, it's now 4, yes 4 weeks and no glasses. Some screw up that I understand this office has no control over, but they don't seem to be very helpful in getting this resolved or light a fire to get my glasses. Maybe I should have stayed with LensCrafters but seeing Dr. Mannarino was the only reason I went to Pearle. Not sure I will be going back to Pearle Vision. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. I came in for an eye exam and also decided I would like to wear colored contacts again(I wore them about 20 years ago) just as I figured, my vision is close to perfect (+.25 in one eye). I only wanted disposable ones to wear sparingly. Once we were done, I paid for the exam+contact fitting. Only then was I informed how super limited my options were and they literally suggested one brand. All the shades were brownish and would make no difference. I left without buying. I called a couple weeks later to ask about a different brand.. he had to nerve to tell me I would have to pay for a whole exam again if I wanted to "switch brands" (mind you I never chose one) and then convinced me there was a gray option available now from the brand offered after my exam.. okay so I ordered. These contacts are not gray!!! You cannot tell at all I have contacts in. I called the office to report I am not happy with my purchase and I want to see what could be done to make it right and of course the doctor is always busy and will call me back. What a joke. So I wanted to change PV locations because I moved and my doc moved somewhere else - so I had to find a new eye doctor as well. When walking in my first red flag should have been 2 people coming in saying that their prescriptions feel wrong. The receptionist was trying to explain that when you get new glasses it's "like that for a little while", then the customer is insisting that they've been wearing glasses for a while and they know what they are talking about - but the prescription feels wrong. Then I always like ok... maybe this customer is getting used to new frames... then it happened again! Ok sketch but whatever. While getting my exam and going through the test, we got to the part where you get both of you prescriptions set up with the eye thing and you read letters with your final vision... I was like "this is still blurred and skewed?" And the doc was like "oh yeah oops" and moved the eye thing closer to my face..... I'm sitting there like OOOOPS?!?? You don't "oops" on a vision prescription. I was also not offered another exam after that mistake. Needless to say I didn't get glasses with that prescription because thats super sketch and I insisted that they just reorder my contacts from what my prev. Doc at grove city Pearle Vision prescribed. It was possible with my name/prescription being on file. Maybe it was an off day... but def not coming back to that location LOL read more

Sure would be nice if they updated their hours or had a voicemail with their hours. They are hardly open! My husband has been trying to get in to get his prescription fixed but their hours are so scattered. read more

The store hours here and staff are absolutely sub par. Working people will find it very difficult to find the time to get into this location and purchase eye wear. The staff are not friendly at all. I have grinded it out for a few years coming here because I love the products but, I am done with store. The hours along with the non helpful or caring staff at the Reynoldsburgh location is to much for me and I am moving on. Please find yourself another location or competing provider for your services. read more

I was not pleased with my experience here. It's pretty obvious that there are certain brands that they get kickbacks to push. They changed my contact brand that I've used for years without my approval, they shamed me for using the generic versions of contact solution, and they tried to shame me for not replacing my glasses for years even though my insurance covers one or the other, I never wear them, and my prescription hasn't changed. I won't be going back here, it was stressful like going to a used car dealership, and obvious they get commission and don't actually care about the patient and their opinion. I'll find a locally owned optometrist next year. Note, not the first Pearle Vision I've been to Luke this, evidently I don't learn quickly. read more

Do not go to this store, go to a different location or another company all together. They close early whenever they want and if there is no doctor present. You may get an e-mail or message to come pick up your glasses but when you get there a note will be on the door saying they closed. The manager Sara thinks its funny that she runs a poor shop but its not!!!! She needs to improve her customer service or this store will not be open long. I will never return! read more

Came to buy a box of contacts, i have my prescription from pearle vision. The girl said she doesnt know how to ring up contacts?!. How can you have someone who doesnt know how to ring up contact lenses? She said the optician is not in and she doesnt know how to do that ? ‍ read more

When you receive an email that says your confirmed appointment is 3:20 & asks if you would you like to add this to your calendar and you then select yes, my assumption is that my appointment is actually confirmed. When I then arrived 10 minutes before my confirmed appointment, I was told that I also needed to confirm by phone so they I don't actually have an appointment for me because I didn't ALSO call to confirm, I think I'm justifiably allowed to be upset. Customer service is dead - can't in good conscience recommend anyone go here. read more

I had an eye exam today at Pearle Vision in Reynoldsburg! Absolutely amazing customer service, the facility was beautiful on the inside. I was help by Sarah, she was so wonderful and kind. She went above and beyond to help me find the right glasses. I will for sure be returning and recommending to everyone! read more

I will NEVER use Pearl Vision again because of the poor service I have received at this location. This place is poorly managed and it's clear they do not care about their customers. They never answer the phone and are rude as heck. read more

Dr. Amornyard treated me with genuine concern and made sure to answer my questions. Jose is absolutely the best! He makes sure the place runs smoothly and is super-focused on customer service. I can tell he truly wants everyone to have a good experience and have the best vision possible. My experience with optometrist's offices in the past has been hit or miss but this Pearle Vision location will be my go-to store from now on. read more

The eye doctor, I give her 5stars. The staff not so much. My advice avoid this place!!! There is a small shop across the street that is much better. I came here thinking it would be better and it was an absolute mistake. Multiple errors made and very rude service. read more

I found this place when my vision plan changed and my old doctor was no longer in network. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. It started when my prescription was wrong. First they tried to say it was normal and my eyes would adjust. Then I had to make another appointment to see the doctor two days later when I showed up for that appointment the doctor was a no show. Still unresolved and not one staff member has ever apologized. Save yourself a lot of hassle and aggravation and do not go to this location. read more

My son broke his frames and we dropped them off to be replaced 2 weeks ago. We were told that the frames would be there by that Friday. Received the call the following Tuesday that the frames were in. Then asked where his lens was. When I dropped the frames off, I dropped off the frame itself and two lenses. One was in the frames still and the other one wouldn't stay in because of where it was broken. So, someone lost my child's lens from the store. I was then told they can order new lenses and they would be there by Friday. Another week has passed and no lenses or phone call. I have called numerous times and no one answers the phone there. I have left messages with no call backs. The customer service is not up to par. This is not acceptable that my son's lens was lost. I definitely will not be returning once he gets his glasses back, if that ever happens. I would not recommend coming here based on this and how they are handling the situation. Answering phone calls would be a great step in the right direction too. read more

Everything was fantastic about my visit making an appointment with so easy on their website when I got there there was a little bit of paperwork to fill out but they got me right in I schedule my children's appointments right after mine they got them right in.The doctor was phenomenal Dr Segerstrom is the best I've taken my kids to other eye doctors they were okay she was patient with them and they had fun while they were with her. The prices were very affordable compared to the last eye doctor we went to. The location is easy to get to there's plenty of restaurants in stores to go to after before your visit. The two gentlemen who size you up for your glasses they too did a phenomenal job, and the gentleman who signs you in in does the initial testing on your eyes he to who who has very patient with my girls. I have changed eye doctors twice in two years I think I will be staying with them for a while as long as they continue the level of Excellence that they display today read more
