Then I got pink letters in the mail even after the bill had been paid off two months prior. Standing in line to check into the front desk seems especially tedious for the older people that come in. I first came to definitive vision after pain in my eye led me to seek optometry care that was near my work. They were able to get me in right away in an emergency appointmen. When I met with Dr. Heiss, she was quick to tell me what was wrong with my eye and offered solutions to help. She gave me some eye wipes to trial which worked wonderfully. I then came back for my annual eye exam at a different location and everyone was helpful. I like that it's a smaller place, but it's certainly more expensive than anywhere I've been in the past, so that's kind of a bummer. I love the eyeglass selection, they're very stylish and unique. This year, I decided to take my favorite frames and put updated lenses in them, I love that that's an option. I'd recommend coming here, because it feels like a posh boutique and everyone is helpful and friendly, but the cost might be a bit prohibitive for people. Or maybe that's just my eye insurance!

I was told if his prescription changed then it would be covered and was offered an appointment. They said it would be a refraction since he wasn't eligible for a full exam yet. Have the appointment at the end get told it's not covered by insurance, was never told this til the end. Luckily I had the funds but then go to inquire about glasses and was told his insurance did in fact cover breaks and he could have got a new pair from the beginning. So I wasted time and money due to lack of communication and knowledge. So now I'm out money and my son still needs glasses.
