This company is a scam. They will not work without having their customs sign a contract, a contract designed for getting paid without completing the work. I recommend to avoid this company at all costs. After hiring this company to complete basic remodeling, they charged us an extremely high quote for the time, and did not even complete the project, yet they demanded full payment. Till this day they have not apologized or offered a refund. Do yourself a favor and avoid. read more

Pearl Remodeling guided us through the whole process of designing, permitting, and building an ADU in our garage space. The team listened closely and respectfully to our needs and created a plan that checked all of our boxes. They communicated consistently with us throughout the whole permitting and construction process. They took our ideas and added professional input. The final product reflected our vision but was imbued with Pearl's experience and skill of execution. Construction as also done efficiently, on schedule, and with attention to detail. We love our new space and would certainly work with Pearl again in the future. read more

Pearl Remodeling did a fabulous job waterproofing the balcony deck. Vlad Latman was the project manager. I received several bids to have the balcony deck replaced and waterproofed. The other contractors were in and out in 5 minutes, with a brief summary of the scope of work to be done. Vlad, on the other hand, took the time to throughly go over the steps involved and materials to be used to replace and waterproof deck. Vlad is professional, knowledgeable and eloquent. These were the attributes in addition to his integrity which made Pearl Remodeling a clear choice for my project. I had endless questions which Vlad addressed in layman's terminology. This made it easier for me to understand the technicalities involved . He also provided updates on project from start to finish. The debris was hauled away daily and job site left immaculate. Project completed on time. We did have rain following completion of balcony waterproofing. Vlad followed up with telephone call to inquire if all was ok. The deck held up beautifully, no more water leaks into garage. Vlad genuinely cares about his customers, which is a rarity in this fast paced society. Vlad is amazing and was a pleasure to work with. He is an asset to Pearl Remodeling. I hope other customers will have the opportunity to work with this fine young man ! read more

I recently hired Pearl Remodeling and I'm very happy with the results. Izhak who was the project manager was on site every step of the way. He has a great crew and they work great together and very efficient. They are professionals and even have me a finished date. Best contractors I've had to work with. Izhak made it very easy and each stage was completed on time. What I liked about Izhak is his brutal honesty and concern for taking no short cuts and doing it right. That's very rare these days. Over all Pearl Remodeling is a professional company that doesn't mess around, they are the real deal. I would definitely recommend and use them again in future. Thank you Izhak! read more

This review is for a second project that my family has completed with Pearl Remodeling and I gotta say that the hits just keep on coming while working with them. Our family was so impressed with the full home renovation work they did for us in 2014, which still looks great after 7 years, that when it came time to "finish" our garage (aka putting up drywall, painting, installing lights, etc) contacting Gal from Pearl Remodeling was a no-brainer. Pearl is a delight to work with because they truly care about making sure the client is happy with the end result. Speaking of end result, check out the before and after pictures! I highly recommend Pearl Remodeling for ANY home renovation project. read more

This review is long overdue. I had done research on Yelp and got a few in-person quotes. Pearl Remodeling was the most affordable and flexible with a budget. I worked with Ori and the work started the day after Labor Day. The timeline was for 3 months but was finished a bit earlier in early December. I got 3 small bathrooms and the kitchen redone for $40,100. This was my first time remodeling. I learned that you are responsible for purchasing all appliances and fixtures and contractors mainly provide the labor. Ori did provide a detailed shopping list with measurements and was available by text and phone for questions. Keep in mind, that work is not done every day but they are flexible with early times. They will put a lockbox on your door and enter when they are ready. We resurfaced our cabinet doors and had the boxes painted in the kitchen. That was probably the best value in the house. We had major problems with leaks due to the construction so that was a nightmare for a few months since they couldn't figure out the issue for awhile. When the ceiling was patched up, it was sloping down so that was upsetting but it eventually got resolved with many follow-ups initiated by me. I am pleased with the end result of work but make sure you inspect the work as it's done because I found that work was done very sloppily in the bathrooms on the walls. I was not confident it would have been fixed if I didn't keep following up several times. read more

We made an appointment for a consultation for kitchen remodeling from Pearl Remodeling. Avi talked with us about our general ideas and prices and then we made an appointment to have a plan made with a full color design of the kitchen. Avi and the designer took our input, made suggestions and the designer transformed our ideas in to a computerized drawing of what the kitchen would look like. Within a day we had a price quotation and told Avi to proceed. The most outstanding feature of the project was the communication we had with Avi. All texts, emails, phone calls were responded to almost immediately - not something we find from most contractors. Everything was explained in as much detail as I requested. This applied to the project manager (Avi) as well as all the individual crews. Each crew was friendly, answered any questions I had and cleaned up before they left for the day. Everyone - project manager and crew - tried to accommodate any and all requests we had, even if not in the original plans. While we had some unexpected delays and expenses, the reasons for these were explained fully and new schedules immediately developed which were always done as planned. As our home is 50 years old, most of the extra costs were due to building code changes that had to complied with, for example all appliances now needed their own circuit breakers. This entailed lots of rewiring. While any major remodeling project involves lots of stress, seeing constant progress and having friendly people working around us, helped us cope with that stress. The project is now complete. Any major remodeling is expensive. It is not possible to completely compare costs as each contractor will have different ways of doing things with different prices. For us the cost was worth getting exactly what we wanted. Now, when we walk into the kitchen, it is exactly what we had hoped for. The kitchen is beautiful and the ease of cooking and using the space is greatly improved over what we had. I would highly recommend Pearl Remodeling and Avi as the project manager. read more

We worked with Vlad to get a quote on a garage remodel. He came over and was very professional and took his time asking questions about what we wanted. We didn't feel rushed or that we were getting a hard-sell and he came back with an in depth proposal. His team identified certain things we requested might pose a mold problem later on down the road and I was refreshed by the honesty. They didn't just do what we asked but made suggestions that were best for our home even if it meant not moving forward. I will contact again. read more

This is a long overdue review for Pearl Remodeling and our amazing project manager, Gal. Let me start with: We love our home! Our Pinterest dreams came true. So this is a happy story. Below I'll describe why! After meeting and interviewing 6 other contractors we decided to book Pearl Remodeling because of Gal's on point consultation. He was clear, genuine and straight forward with us and that inspired trust. While he wasn't our cheapest option, it was worth the extra for the peace of mind Gal gave us. We basically ended up doing a complete master bathroom renovation and updates to the kitchen and floors. He recommended some shortcuts that saved us money in the long run. Instead of replacing the kitchen cabinets he recommended refacing them since they were still in good condition. Instead of installing new bamboo throughout the condo, he recommended finding the exact bamboo and using it to replace the carpet in the rooms. We didn't think we'd be able to find this thin bamboo from the 90s but Gal found it! He also worked his magic on a spiral staircase that had carpet steps on it and added the bamboo there. He just was so creative with the extra material we had for the kitchen counters too. He added to the fireplace and it looks so good. I'll add more photos later. We had a few problems with late material (my bad not his) and he was so nice and chill about reminding me. If a hiccup came up we felt confident Gal would resolve it ASAP. Gal also had great attention to detail and a good eye for solving problems. He always texted back and always answered the phone. Even though we did have some issues, just like any other project, I was confident that we made the right choice and I was completely satisfied with the end result. They get the importance of customer service and of making our remodeling dreams come true. In fact, he improved upon these ideas and provided solutions that made our home what it is today. So happy! read more

Pearl Remodeling - My beautifully remodeled kitchen! - General Contractors Near Me - Reseda, California

I found Pearl Remodeling on Yelp and based on the number of 5-star reviews, decided to give them a call when I was starting my ADU project. I liked that they handled everything from architectural plans and city permits to construction and interior finishes. I had the same two project managers, Ben and Izhak, throughout, and I liked that the company was a large enough to have every type of tradesperson needed for building a home, but not too big that it was impersonal or that you couldn't get a quick response. I was also impressed with the photos they showed me of other ADU projects on older homes similar to mine in the Los Angeles area, where the finishes and taste-level were high-quality. Definitely not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive, either. My building plans were completed and submitted to the city in a timely manner, and approvals took about two months. It was so nice not to have to deal with any of the permitting stuff. It was some months more before I decided to proceed with construction, but once I did, communication was smooth, the scope of work and payment schedule was clear, and the contractors and tradespeople were all professional and treated the property and the work with care. I appreciated the communication and responsiveness. It's not an easy job to add a new foundation to an existing structure that sits on a property line (as my detached garage was). I was impressed with the quality of the work from foundation to framing to drywall and stucco. We passed every stage of inspection without a problem, and again I didn't have to worry about anything since a contractor was always on-site for the appointments and always kept me apprised. Since I had to purchase all the things that go inside the ADU and the fixtures etc, the team gave me a full list of items and good advice on what to buy and also took care of getting things like the tankless water heater and mini-split unit. Although I didn't use Pearl's interior design services, the project managers were great about giving advice when asked and helping me make decisions. Yes, the timeline was a bit longer than expected, but that was not an issue for me. And sometimes there were hiccups but everything was always resolved. The project turned out fantastic and I feel confident knowing that they stand behind their work. I already recommended them to my neighbors for their ADU! read more

Let me start off by saying I am inherently extremely cautious of contractors.... I think they are all shady (which they may not all be)...I just finished remodeling my kitchen with Pearl Remodeling. I appreciate Carol (dont remember her title) but she was helpful with walking us throughwhat to expect during the meeting with the project manager. Our project manager was Ori. He was attentive and answered all of our questions and regularly informed me on the project's progress. We remolded our kitchen area (it was a 1980s style) and made it much more modern. I am very satisfied with the company and would highly recommend. read more

We highly recommend Pearl Remodeling, especially our project manager Vlad L. He was on top of the project, a great help since we were not in the US during renovation. Our supposedly 3-month project was unexpectedly delayed and turned into a more complicated year-long project because it collided with HOA's own project. Vlad patiently supervised and updated us on developments, advised us what to buy and where to source them. The walls are done correctly, the tiles lines matched, Kitchen cabinets and vanities installations done beautifully, electrical work upgrade done professionally. He and the Pearl team did a really good job throughout the process. Thanks!! read more

We hired Pearl Remodeling after our initial meeting with Project Manager Avi Shushan. After interviewing other companies, we knew what we wanted to accomplish and what that might cost. Avi understood our vision for remodeling bathrooms and offered great design ideas. We were impressed with Pearl's operation as well as reviews from past clients. From start to finish, Avi was the consummate professional. He responded to communication quickly and always with a positive outlook. His team was always on time and took care to ensure they left the work area as clean as possible given the construction. Avi came by daily to check work and to communicate next steps and overcome any obstacles we were facing. He assisted with choosing products that would elevate the appearance of our bathrooms and improve functionality. When asked, he offered his opinion on colors and products based on his experience with prior projects as well as his own home. His input was invaluable. Our new bathrooms are beautiful and functional. Avi has photos of our bathrooms so if you are thinking of making a change, he can share the results with you. Thank you Avi and Pearl. With the help of Alon and the crew at Pearl Remodeling, we just finished converting the carport in our backyard into a fully enclosed garage/office and absolutely could not be happier! We moved into our home in highland park about 2 years ago and had dreams of doing this renovation, but kept putting it off because it seemed like a larger task than we could handle. Then covid hit and my wife and I are now working from home full time and needed the extra space. Pearl remodeling was the 6th company we reached out to for a quote on the project and as soon as Alon showed up to see the carport we knew we were in good hands. Alons quote was detailed, thorough and fair. This being the biggest reno project we had ever done, my wife and I were very nervous before hand. As soon as Alon and his crew showed up that first day, all of those nerves and fears went away. The crew was extremely talented, hardworking, and FAST! Alon was also there to help every step of the way. He was transparent about the process and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Most importantly, though, because of how well Alon handled everything and how great the crew was, we were able to actually enjoy the process! The project finished on time (which we heard never happened) and it exceeded every expectation we had. We could not be happier with the work that Alon and his crew did. We're already planning more projects with Alon and Pearl Remodeling, and I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone else needing a contractor read more

We hired Pearl remodeling for building an ADU (back house, casita) in our back yard. It is a stand alone 500 square foot unit. We looked at 3 contractors and decided on Pearl because I liked the fact there was a project manager that was our main point of contact for the project. This is a long overdue review for Pearl Remodeling and our wonderful project manager, Ben. We met with Ben for a consultation after he was referred to us by my husband's co-worker. Ben spent a good two hours with us going through all the details to make sure that we were all on the same page and he was very upfront about costs and estimated timeframe to complete the work. These two points were extremely important as I was heavily pregnant, would not have income while on maternity leave and wanted to move in before I delivered. We also met with two other general contractors from other companies that same day. In short, even though Pearl Remodeling gave us the highest priced bid and longest time estimate to complete the job, we trusted Ben to deliver as promised whereas we felt the other contractors were either priced too low to be true or were just telling us what we wanted to hear to win the job. We basically ended up doing a complete home renovation (all new custom baths, new custom kitchen, new laundry room, new doors and closet doors, new exterior gate, removal of carpet and installation of hardwood, removal of popcorn ceiling and all new paint all around) plus new electrical and plumbing. Ben was always in contact with us (even working late at night, helping us buy materials and FaceTiming with us even though he didn't have to), there were always guys at our house working on it every workday and if a hiccup came up (there have to be some or it's not a home renovation), Ben would resolve it ASAP. Ben also had great attention to detail and made great suggestions along the way to our project. As the job went on and the closer to the baby's arrival we got, Ben worked extra hard to deliver as promised, even though we added on a bunch of extra work and we moved in on a Friday (baby arrived the following Wednesday morning!) We love our home as it really does feel like a home, not just a house, thanks to Ben and we look forward to working with Ben on our next project. read more

This review is long over due, but I finally have professional photos to show the work that was done. We recently sold our home that was renovated by Pearl back in 2016 and I think the remodel certainly helped up that price tag! We worked with Izhak - who helped manage our project and was always available for questions and concerns. He was great! We had a bit of work done - opened up walls, knocked out a fireplace, put in some beams, remodeled kitchen and floors! It was quite the project. We were happy with their workflow and the vendors and workers they worked with. I would say the only issue he had is that the project took much longer than we anticipated with permits needed, etc but we were happy with the final product. We would highly recommend using Pearl in the future. read more

Pearl Remodeling is seriously the best group of people to work with! They turned around my whole house - kitchens, bathrooms, floors, patio, backyard and studio were all renovated. It was a complete overhaul and a huge job. Everything was so well done, but in particular I need to give a shout out to the work they did converting the garage into an open plan studio unit I can now AirBnb. That work is truly beautiful and has been noticed by guests and realtors for its quality! To give you some context - before Pearl redid my house it was a 1911 Los Angeles craftsman that had been shown little love over the years. The original bathrooms were in such a sad state - the showers leaked into the basement whenever the water ran. There was little to no natural light in the house at all. Izhak Eskayo from Pearl Remodeling helped me to redesign the entire house to modernize it into a beautiful home! Izhak oversaw the entire project for 18 months so really so much credit for this job goes to him (see further down for even more of my recommendation!) We started with the bathrooms, which was a complete overhaul of the tiling, toilet, shower, vanity etc. For the shower, they tarred and sealed the base of the shower completely - which has turned out beautifully. Then we did the kitchen which again was a complete overhaul job. Cabinets, countertop, appliances, cutting a hole in the wall to accommodate the new countertop island... it was all handled so well! Then we did floors... for the entire house! These floors are gorgeous - they're treated reclaimed barn wood with beautiful texture and grain. I recommend asking for them to be double waxed (just my preference) because I like to make sure they're very smooth, but some people prefer the rougher texture under foot. All the walls inside and outside the house were completely painted. We worked hard to figure out the color scheme. Izhak has a great sense of color - he was such a great help in this process!!! I went with a simple grey and white for the exterior paint, which let the natural red brick and wood of the craftsman shine through! I'm so happy with the results - it makes the house look brand new!!! Then the Pearl team moved on to the garage/studio conversion. This was such an epic job I can't even begin to describe!!! As we began digging, we found that the old garage unit (built in 1911) was missing a foundation! Because of city regulations, we couldn't move any of the existing walls in the remodel, so Izhak and his amazing team led by the foreman Cesar actually dug under the existing structure and installed a cement foundation!!! This was an epic undertaking and we followed the city codes very closely. Everything was done to code and done amazingly well! The results really speak for themselves so take a look at the photos - I now have a 400 sq ft open plan self-contained studio I can rent or AirBnB for additional income! And finally, the team moved on to the backyard and patio! This involved knocking down existing brick wall and digging up 6ft deep concrete installed by the previous owner, which was a complete eyesore to the property! My backyard isn't big enough to accommodate a bobcat, so the team spent weeks digging up this concrete slab with jackhammers and shovels! What was installed in its place is a beautiful firepit, garden wall, and a new cedar wood fence. They also installed pavers as footpath and new garden boxes for growing herbs. Izhak also brought in a team to install a patio cover, which now provides beautiful shade for parties during the day! Pearl Remodeling did such a great job throughout the whole house, were so professional, and really went out of their way to make sure everything was the best. I had my home revalued shortly after the renovation and it skyrocketed in value because of the work from Pearl Remodeling. Finally, if you get the chance to be so lucky, ask to work with Izhak Eskayo. You'll be thankful you did! I've worked with him for the past 18 months and I can say without a doubt he put his heart into the project and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the results. He has impeccable taste, attention to detail, and a big heart for his clients - all winning combinations for a stellar project manager! He has a wonderful network of people who can get him the best deals on materials - he's loved and trusted by his team! Izhak follows up with his clients to make sure everything is working perfectly and to make sure you are truly happy with the result. Izhak is a truly good, honest and hardworking guy and I'd work with him again in a heartbeat! I cannot recommend Pearl Remodeling and Izhak and his team highly enough! Hire these people - they are good good people who won't let you down! read more

This is what we did last summer: After searching for a good contractor and suffering through a particularly terrible one, we found Pearl Remodeling. Our remodel was primarily a kitchen and laundry, but we also did a new back patio entry, fireplace refacing, floors throughout the house and some other minor updates. Our primary project manager was Avi. Right away we discussed musts, nice to have, and wish list, and realistic options for the budget range we had in mind. Where many contractors and builders will give bids and time frames to land a job, then turn around with overages, delays, and juggling too many jobs at once to stick to a schedule, Avi kept things on track and planned an aggressive yet realistic calendar. Through the entire project we were in regular contact - in person, phone, a text channel devoted to our job. Kitchen was a complete remodel, bottom up. Floors, tiles, cabinets, ceiling, appliances, lighting, new sub panel. 8-10 weeks was the goal. We kept to our part, working with Avi and the Pearl design team to make decisions about layout, cabinets and flooring, as well as acquiring all the appliances and as many other materials as possible. Every remodel has its snafus and changed minds. Ours was no exception. We had some mismatches with the gas line position, exhaust for the range hood, etc., but Avi and team handled each with a minimum of fuss and delay. We had a few late changes with the back patio door and the fireplaces, and again, handled in stride. From the day we started demo to the last day, a couple touchups notwithstanding, we were done in 8 weeks. On time! Pearl was more expensive than other companies we received bids from, cannot deny. Add to that some costs due to supplies, inflation, etc. and we went over the high end of our budget. We had to make some sacrifices of other things we had originally planned after the main remodel. We had an unanticipated overage, needing a new subfloor to level all the rooms, which also sent us over budget (though it was the right thing to do). All things considered, we don't feel their bid and final pricing to be too high, especially with the consistency in communication and adherence to schedule. Previous work done by another contractor should have been a few weeks yet somehow took months. Avi and team didn't do that to us - we felt like #1 the whole time. We recommend Pear Remodeling. Ask for Avi! read more

We highly recommend working with Pearl Remodeling. Our whole experience was very surprisingly pleasant. We added a patio area to the entrance of the house, a beautiful wood fence wall at front, added pony walls around the perimeter of the house, added wood to the roof soffits, and a fresh coat of paint to complete the job. We were really surprised (as was our neighbor) how quickly the whole job went! And their attention to detail & making the customer happy was impressive. Izhak was our project manager and he was so communicative throughout the whole process, and was always present. He was upfront, gave great advice & didn't act like a salesman. He had a great eye for design that we trusted. We really appreciated him. We'd work with him again in a heartbeat! We decided to do a tub to shower conversion in our condo to make it easier for us to get in to take a shower. Didn't need any fancy so we thought it should be a small job, not realizing that anything involving a tub/shower remodel is usually the most complicated part of any bathroom remodel. We got quotes from four different vendors and we chose Pearl to do the remodel. The lead on the project, Ben, spent over an hour going over the whole scope of the project and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. He personable and you can tell he has been doing this for a while. Throughout the whole project, he kept us updated at each stage and responded quickly to any texts I sent him. We liked the fact that they preferred that permits be pulled to ensure that the project is done properly and in compliance with the HOA's requirements. The crews were really good about complying with the rules of the HOA for a 9 am start time and give 48 hour notice prior to any water shutoff. All the members of the crews were polite and were fairly prompt each day. The project took longer (About 4 weeks) because of the HOA rules and if you live in the City of Los Angeles, you will spend about six days just waiting for inspectors to sign off on different stages of the remodel, during which no work is performed. The crews did fantastic work starting with the plastic floor to ceiling walls they setup to keep the spread of dust from covering our master bedroom and the rest of condo. They also laid down ram board on the pathways on the floor in our place and in the hallway to protect them from any damage. From the demo, framing, plumbing, hot mop, lathing, cementing (2x), tile work, to the installation of the glass doors, everything was done really well with a lot of attention to detail. Ben came in after each stage to check on progress of the work. We also like the fact that payments were made after each stage of the job and everything spelled out clearly in the contract. The finished job looks fantastic, way beyond what we imagined. Ben was good in recommending some nice touches like using the pebble tile for the floor and the niches and the brush metal trim on the edges of the tile. The frameless shower door is very slick. If you are looking for a contractor for a bathroom remodel who takes pride in doing quality work and performs it in an 100% professional manner, you can't go wrong choosing Pearl Remodeling. read more

We have completed 2 major home remodeling projects with Pearl and would definitely recommend their services. Pearl Remodeling as a company has proven to be responsible, efficient and genuinely able to provide the contracted services as promised. Their billing system is transparent and no additional charges are made without customer approval in advance. Moreover, when we have had minor issues with materials used, Pearl was willing and able to accommodate our requests. There were some unforeseen issues that came up, but Ben and his team handled them as quickly and as efficiently as possible. The complete project turned out amazing and we honestly couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Pearl Remodeling and Ben! read more

We hired Ben and Pearl Remodeling to remove the soffit in our hallway and completely remodel our guest bathroom. Ben was honest about the work at hand and gave us an appropriate quote and timeline when other contractors were just trying to get the job and would probably up charge us later. He was incredibly communicative from day 1 and super easy to reach if we had any questions or concerns. The workers were respectful and efficient, especially since we had to complete the job during quarantine and move in with family during the process. While there were some hiccups along the way Ben got the job done and we're very happy with our new bathroom and hallway ceiling. This was our first remodeling project so we felt it went as smoothly as possible. Our only issue was the tiles we ended up choosing for the floor and shower were not the best quality. We wish that had been flagged to us sooner since we spent a small fortune on the remodel, but nonetheless the bathroom looks beautiful and we'd highly recommend shopping around for tile. read more

I'm very happy we hired Pearl Remodeling to remodel our bathroom. They were professional, extremely competent, and timely. I originally hired a different local contractor for the project. I provided the design with detailed scale drawings and dimensions that included stripping the room to the studs and installing a new tub with tiles. Fortunately, I am very knowledgeable when it comes to design, construction, and engineering, because the work done by the original contractor ranged from very sub-standard to downright wrong. I almost never saw their foreman, and good communication was lacking. They even damaged the bathtub because it wasn't properly covered. Most of their workers were unlicensed, and apparently low-skilled. I became afraid to not be there whenever they were present. After watching them re-do several processes multiple times poorly (structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC), I fired them and hired Pearl Remodeling to take it over. I'm so glad I did; they made a HUGE difference. And Pearl's pricing was the same as the original company. All of Pearl's workers were licensed and high-caliber professionals. They actually paid close attention to the drawings and asked pertinent questions while reviewing them. It was refreshing to see their quality workmanship and attention to details far beyond my plans. And their tile work was impeccable. Pearl's project manager, Avi Shushan, remained very involved the entire time and provided excellent advice. His foreman, Jorge, was constantly communicating and updating me. (BTW, Jorge has a degree in civil engineering from UC Northridge.) They stuck to their timeline, and were flexible with a few last-minute adjustments I had sprung on them. When I fired the first company, their owner warned me that I was just being too particular, and that all contractors are the same; and if I wanted the quality I was demanding, I would have to personally supervise their work constantly. NOT TRUE!!! Pearl proved that to me! Thank goodness I called them. We now have a bathroom that exceeds our wishes. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Pearl Remodeling to anyone seeking a first-rate contractor that doesn't over-charge for their services. I trust you will be as happy with them as we are. read more

Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Gal came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Pearl. Gal was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he always brings a pad full of notes on the project! Although Pearl was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Gal and Pearl Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Gal's dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Gal automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Gal was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Gal was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project. With any project there can always be hiccups. Gal and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Gal always tries to make all things right. This is why I will be working with them again in the future! Do not hesitate to give them a call! read more

Pearl Remodeling was a great find for us and our old house. We moved in a little over a year ago and needed to upgrade our bathroom. Ben and George and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful and professional in helping us plan and execute our remodeling project. They were extremely thorough throughout the process, making sure we approved of every detail in the renovation. They were honest and up front about costs. They were knowledgeable and great problem solvers. We are very happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Pearl Remodeling as a contractor, we plan on using them again for future projects around our house. read more
