I hope to not need PT again but if I do or anyone I know needs it, I would only go here. Forever grateful for all of the help - my full recovery after ACDF surgery is thanks to the ATI team in Rockwall. Thank you to Jessica, Bruce, Ryan, Chase and Alicia! You guys are truly the best! Regarding the 1 star review from what I observed going 2-3 days for 3 months - therapist spends 15-25 minutes on average on each client and the rest of the session is exercise which the PT assistants are more than qualified to lead patients thru (the PT writes exercise plan). Sounds like the person with 1-star review expected a massage type session which isn't how any of the PT places I've been to over the years works.

I explicitly verbalized on more than one occasion I would reach back out to get the next appointment on the books after my schedule calmed down and I recovered. What the receptionist heard: reschedule the appointment when she wanted anyways and note in the chart we "tried" to call to confirm. This has to be some type of insurance fraud, as they billed for an appointment and saying I no showed now. Date of service was supposedly in August, just got that bill. Called and personally spoke to Carissa today, who said she didn't know what the charge was for, contact billing. Called billing and they told me, as well as the dr is the one that has to dismiss it. Called Carissa back and filled her in on the case, immediately got defensive and stonewalled me before saying there was nothing she could do in a clipped tone and hanging up. What other fraud is being committed at this business? BBB and the medical board, just to name a few, are some visitors on my list to call next. Mistakes happen and can be made right, but I refuse to be swindled, a victim of fraud, and potentially have my credit hit when others are out here lying about appointments and charging for them.
