Robert, the owner, greeted me very kindly, and then later told me my splash guard (or whatever it's called) was loose and tightened it up for free, but I would have definitely been willing to pay a little extra for the effort. As I was driving home, I noticed that they also wiped inside of my car windshield too. He still only charged me 20 bucks for the parts and labor, and it was done in 20ish minutes for everything. Also, when Robert was on the phone, I felt like he sounded like the hosts of the old NPR show, Car Talk. Nice place with some rustic charm. I like that the business is local and run by people who care about cars and keeping customers. I'll likely switch to this place when it's time to get my oil changed.
