We came in about an hour before closing, and Patrick was still happy to give us a tasting with quite a bit of history to go with it! The tasting room is a tiny office space next to the distillery area. We didn't get a chance for a tour as our timing was close to end of day for them, and it was just Patrick on site at the time. The parking lot has plenty of space available. Easy enough to get in and out of. Patrick chatted us up about their products, and history. And just general knowledge of the spiritsnane the history of how some of these items came to be, and their background in the industry. I learned a lot of cool bits of knowledge. One of the things that struck me about the distillery during our research phase of the trip was the artwork on the bottles. Turns out that his son, who is also running the business with Patrick, is the artist! The bottles look so cool, enjoy the pictures! The tasting was very good! We had quite a variety of sips to taste and compare. Basically lightest to heaviest. We ended up walking away with Rock'n Rum, and Spiced Rum (for winter drinks).
