Great selection and friendly service. Happy to return whenever I need some party products! Covid safe practices, good for them!

Employees I met are so cool and helpful. They give 10% discount to military which isn't much but nonetheless still great service

I had 3 ipas, the mango milkshake was by far my favorite but the twin fin was just as great. My wife greatly enjoyed the amber. Sadly the sour was sold out, but plenty on the board to choose from. The food- the square, focaccia pizza crust was incredible, nice buttery crispy but light and airy. We got the sovran, however there were other creative specialty pizzas. Also, wings were great, good sized, cooked well, not soggy. Bartenders were bustin it out and super kind to everyone. Excellent service. It was busy, lively and a good time

Easily One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I've Had…read more I've worked in the beer industry for years, and I can confidently say this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a craft beer establishment. I walked in looking forward to grabbing a pizza and a beer. I got in line behind several large groups and patiently waited my turn. After more than 10 minutes, I was finally next in line and ready to order. Instead of helping me, the bartender turned away and started serving a completely new line that had formed at the opposite end of the bar. By the time she came back to me, I was literally the last person waiting. I completely understand being busy and understaffed. I've worked in this industry long enough to know how overwhelming it can get, especially when you're working alone. That's why I remained patient and respectful throughout the interaction. Unfortunately, that courtesy wasn't reciprocated. From the moment I ordered, I was met with nothing but attitude, as though I was somehow inconveniencing her by being a paying customer. After finally taking my order, she let out an audible "ughh " making it painfully obvious how annoyed she was. I took my number, found a seat, and waited for my pizza. Forty minutes later, still no food. I went back to the bar to order another beer and politely asked about my pizza. Her exact response? "I'm not sure what's going on back there." I replied, "Okay, do you mind checking on it?" Her response blew me away: "You can go back there and ask yourself if you'd like." Seriously? At that point, I simply respectfully replied, "Sure thing..." In all my years working in the beer industry, I've never experienced this level of dismissiveness and outright disrespect at a craft beer establishment. I don't expect anyone to roll out the red carpet. I don't expect lightning-fast service when a place is slammed. I understand short staffing, long tickets, and stressful shifts better than most. What I do expect is basic courtesy, professionalism, and a little accountability. Being busy is understandable. Taking your frustration out on customers who have done absolutely nothing wrong is not. I'm visiting Florida for the first time, and unfortunately, this was my first experience with the local craft beer scene. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night exploring the local craft beer scene turned into one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences I've ever had. Great beer means very little when the hospitality is this bad. I genuinely hope management addresses this, because no customer should be made to feel like a burden simply for placing an order.
