Food truck

We took an afternoon trip to Niceville to check out 3rd planet. It did not disappoint. Great beer selections from lights to darks. They have some inside seating and a lot of outside seating. Large stage for music and space for kids to run around. Bartender was bubbly and friendly. We got a pizza from food truck. It's was ok. Wouldn't eat it again. When we were leaving another lady was setting up what looked to be a hot dog truck. We will return.

One of the coolest breweries I've been to in a long time... 3rd Planet was absolute fire... What a cool atmosphere/venue, friendly service, great crowd, but most importantly, outstanding beer (especially the IPAs). It's a vet owned business, so it has a lot of community support... It was slammed on a Tuesday night, but customers get beers quickly and they keep good food trucks on site. We had the German concession (Taste of Germany), and it was fantastic. When down in the FWB/Destin/Niceville area, 3rd planet is a "must stop" if you like good craft beers.

They have a great outdoor space, covered with lots of tables. We tried several beers and all were delicious. I can recommend Dank Side of the Moon ( hazy IPA), Turkey Creek Trippel( Belgian Tripel) and the Post'l Point Porter. My husband loved the West Coast Hipster.

Love coming here, large locals vibe and the food trucks are awesome. They pick good bands to come one and out, awesome kids area for you to enjoy your time while kids enjoy theirs. They have a great selection of their own brews as well as a couple of local brews. They have a solid selection for Non-A and some things kids can drink as well. Really enjoy coming here.

My wife and I frequently vacation down here in the Destin area. Since this brewery is so close to VPS airport, we frequently come here prior to our flights home. This brewery is also very popular at the local taprooms and restaurants. The space is large, with a small, smaller indoor area, a cool and heated outdoor patio, a band and turf area, and a large pavilion with plenty of picnic tables. The beers are great, the beer tenders are kind and friendly, and we love coming to this business.

Vet owned. Many adult beverage choices (beef / wine) craft beer, slushies, nonalcoholic drinks, etc. They do have live music on weekends. Plenty of outdoor seating. They do not serve food, but do have a good rotating Food Truck lineup.

Fun place! Lots of beverage choices with plenty of staff available - craft beer, slushies, nonalcoholic drinks, etc. live music on weekends, kids play area, corn hole area, lots of outdoor seating and so much more!

The last brewery stop in Niceville. My friend was hesitant to come but I convinced my friend last one and not far from Strange Colt. We went and it was also tricky to find. We had to go on a road behind a business to find it and sure enough we did. This one has a very nice outdoor venue for food trucks and live music. The inside wasn't busy beings everyone was outside for food trucks and music. I only got one beer my friend didn't get anything but a water or coke beings they were driving. Bartenders were friendly but not as talkative as some of the others at the other breweries. I'm not offended because I'm sure some are social butterflies while others take their job seriously. That's how it seemed here is that everyone takes their job seriously and that's not a bad thing. We were both kinda tired and hungry and probably would've enjoyed it more here but we had a long drive back to Destin. Hopefully we can come back and maybe make this a first stop instead of last. The outside area we would definitely have to check out.

Third planet is incredibly inviting and super family friendly. They have lots of sitting space and they have outdoor and indoor options. They even have a new family play center space! They have tons of ciders and beers to choose from. Most of them are brewed in house! The food trucks are also an option and super yummy. They have a calendar of events inside for each day, including nights for trivia, fancy cars, music, and run nights. COME TRY THIS PLACE!!!

Lobster taco and beer

The beer was great. A large variety. They really have a quality venue. Lots of seating. Lots of room for kids to run. They've even considered the temperature adding heaters. They only had a lobster food truck which was very good but a bit pricey.

Can't believe it took me so long to come out to 3rd Planet Brewing. I discovered Dank Side of The Moon IPA when I first moved to Destin, and it instantly became my favorite local Beer. The Brewery was Awesome! Plenty of Outdoor seating, excellent choice of Beers and Wine, and a rotating Food Truck lineup. Great Family atmosphere! Will definitely be back!

Try a flight!

MY "go-to" brewery in Niceville! They always have a huge selection of beers available - any kind you'd ever want. It's fun to go in and try the different flavors and styles. It's also fun to just enjoy your favorite! One of the best things about 3rd Planet is the great outdoor space. Lots of tables. Lights at night. There is even space to put down a blanket. It's all good!

Ask the Community - 3rd Planet Brewing

Do they have indoor restrooms?

Are you Pet friendly?

Hello Benny! Yes we are pet friendly, the only place we ask the owner/pets do not spend time on is the turfed area. We also have a specific area out in front of the taproom for dogs to relieve themselves.

I had 3 ipas, the mango milkshake was by far my favorite but the twin fin was just as great. My wife greatly enjoyed the amber. Sadly the sour was sold out, but plenty on the board to choose from. The food- the square, focaccia pizza crust was incredible, nice buttery crispy but light and airy. We got the sovran, however there were other creative specialty pizzas. Also, wings were great, good sized, cooked well, not soggy. Bartenders were bustin it out and super kind to everyone. Excellent service. It was busy, lively and a good time

Brewery # 378 So…read morethis review is kind of incomplete because I didn't get to experience it all the way. The brewery doesn't offer flights (my biggest brewery pet peeve) but they do offer half pours. Half pours are 8 ozs and normal beer pricing so I only tried 2. I got the Gingerbread Oatmeal stout and the Funny Papers Hazy. The Gingerbread stout tasted more like ginger than gingerbread to me. Strangely it was still pretty good. The Funny Papers was a delicious juicy hazy. Wood Foot has 12 beers on tap plus 2 THC drinks, the pizza looked solid and the courtyard area was nice with multiple TVs to watch sports. They were out of stickers so that kind of gave me the boohoo face. My parents live kind of close by so when i visit them again, I will give them another shot. Hopefully they start having flights and then I will give them another star.
