There's probably something to suit most people you know. Well worth a visit if you're looking for an unusual or unique present.

I immediately e-mailed on Christmas day to ask about an exchange but decided to order another pair so as to not miss out. I had no response to my original e-mail so I rang them today and was told that it was out of the fourteen day returns period and out of the 'extended Christmas period'. What am I supposed to do, get my wife to try them before Christmas ?? I would even have accepted a credit note in return but was told there was nothing I can do, I will not be using this store again and advise people buying gifts not to do so either!!! Since I wrote this review they have agreed to refund the money. The original service was excellent and had it not been for the initial problem we had, I would've awarded more stars. I've increased the star rating in recognition of them bending their rules to provide a good level of customer service. We will use them again.

If you complain to Jack Wills, instead of considering your issue, they'll publish it and have everyone laugh at it, ohand you still buy their poor quality clothessothe two directors are basically laughing at everyone who shops there. For some reason their stair railings always give me an electric shock, but anyway, that's just a minor setback! My favourite thing about Peacocks is their shoes and bags!!! they always have a really wide range, something to suit everyone's tastes and every occassion. Okay, so they are not the most unique - I have seen similar in other cheap clothing stores, but they are good enough to use for a couple of nights out, especially if you're on a tight student budget. Overall this place gets the thumbs up from me - they sell a variety of sizes to suit most people and the prices are affordable. It is also nicely located, just outside of the Bridges shopping centre.
