I would've given this place 4 stars for doing great work with nails but I absolutely hate when I make an appointment and am not helped at the time of my appointment. I recently came for my birthday nails and usually I get the roses and fruit in my water for my pedicure but they didnt do it at all this time not sure if they forgot or what but the customers next to me all got the beautiful experience that I wanted with there pedicures so I was very disappointed especially considering how I pay $200 everytime I come. I told them it was my birthday and it seems as they got someone who was as experienced to work on my pedicure i wanted a pink french tip with rhinestone on my big toe and the paint on the french tip was too thick as well as the rhinestones being too big. The lady who did them was rushing and inattentive; I had to check her work and ask her to file a nail down because it was much longer than the rest and she got annoyed with me and asked if I wanted them all short and I said no, but that nail is uneven. When I got the pedicure the other lady was rough with my feet and even scratched me on my leg with the sponge they use to exfoliate your feet. She was also inattentive, distracted by the other ladies working in the shop. The salon itself is very aesthetic and very cute. I have been to both CV and LG locations and their interior design is beautiful. I loved the small things you make you have a awesome experience such as the bath bombs for your feet and complimentary drinks. I ended up getting a pedicure, but I didn't love it. My toe nails were cut a bit crooked and then the top coat pooled to the edges of my nail bed. My fiance had a great experience with his pedicure. I would recommend this salon. most of the time you can come in and not have to wait longer than 20 minutes. one thing I would say for the owner is, add more seating for the waiting area. The décor is gorgeous but it's not ideal for the high volume traffic you get in the salon. maybe add a small bench outside? There are ton of elderly that at times do not have a seat to wait in. I would recommend a better seating/ waiting area. Also, recently with the high volume I have made appointments and have not been seated at my appointment time. Today I waited 20 minutes passed my appointment. Shame on me coming a day before a holiday BUT I did make an appointment what good is that? Today I had my services with Kathy! She was amazing!!! I had a manicure done with Logan today, and unfortunately I left feeling disappointed. I requested builder gel with a milky white color, but throughout the appointment I found myself having to repeatedly point out issues that should have been corrected without me asking. Several parts of the nails were uneven or messy, and they weren't addressed until I mentioned them. When he buffed out the builder gel, the color was left almost transparent--nothing like the look I had originally asked for--so I had to request additional color just to achieve the shade I wanted. There was also gel polish left on my skin that I had to ask to be removed, and some uneven strokes and patches that needed to be redone. On top of that, he was on his phone several times, and the service overall felt rushed despite the mistakes that kept happening. I've always had great experiences here before, but this was my first time seeing Logan, and the lack of attention to detail was disappointing, especially for a $55 service. read more

it was my first time going to this nail salon. I got a new full set, and a pedicure. the service was great, and everything was good, until i had to pay. they charged me an extra $10 for literally having my nails 1/4 inch. I asked to see the pricing as to why the full set was $75. the full set (65) + the removal of old set ($10) and they charged me an extra $10 for length. I asked the from desk clerk why there was an additional $10, and on their pricing menú there was nothing on there specifically for length charges. SO. just know when you go here, they will tey and up charge for services that arent even listed on the menu. the lady i talked to about it was not understanding, even when i told her there's nothing on there specifically charging for length. she pointed to the menú saying "it says $55+" Im not coming back to this salon and I Don't recommend anyone going there either. if the nails were super long, i understand the extra charges because of time/product usage. but for a regular set literally being 1/4" long? that's ridiculous. I was debating on whether or not going to write a review because I just wanted to let it go and keep this awful experience in the past but yesterday my NAIL BROKE IN HALF and I am very upset because of that cause this has literally never happened to me before. Lola not only ruined my experience but also my birthday nails and I'm beyond sad and upset. I got this service on 09/27 and my nail broke on 10/08 while I was literally just working on my computer. I was very excited to try out this place because I've seen the instagram pictures and I thought it was cute. I originally went in for a Dip Overlay and a pedicure. Not gonna lie the pedicure was really good and I appreciate that. Things got bad when Lola, the nail tech, started saying that she didn't want to do the dip overlay because using acrylic was easier for her. I quote her exact same words "I don't wanna fucking do it because it's too much work". Not only that but I have a tattoo on my abdomen that was showing a little and then without any warning or asking she just goes and touches me and says "next time come in a bra so I can see your tattoo better". Very nasty and unprofessional that someone would do that. That's when I started feeling very uncomfortable and I was already wishing to be out of there. I already have acrylic on top of my natural nail and as I did mention I wanted it removed and get a new set. I'm not a nail tech but I've been getting my nails done for years and I know the drill.Not only did she not prep my nail correctly but she didn't safely remove the acrylic from my nail. She just removed all of it with the nail drill. She also never asked me to go wash my hands at any point which was a little odd to me too. When she applied the acrylic and was buffing it she also did it with the nail drill under my nails which caused to make my natural nails very weak and as thin as paper. I was beyond upset at this point because for years I dealt with onychophagia and having my own natural nails long and strong was a life goal of mine that I finally reached. When she was done there was still acrylic on my fingers and underneath my nails and she never put any lotion or cuticle oil or anything. I also want to highlight the fact that the whole time she was working on my nails she was constantly cursing and saying "fuck" all the time and also told me that I HAD to tip her. After she was done and I went to the front desk to make a payment she was hovering around there to make sure I tipped her and gave me her phone number to Zelle her because she wanted either that or cash. Of course I could not complain about it on the front desk because she was there. The most expensive service I've ever got and absolutely not worth it at all. I will never come back to this place and will make sure none of my friends do either. read more

I was very impressed with the level of comfort she ensured I had, from water to an incredible 18 minute massage I was extremely relaxed. My polish looks perfect and my feet feel amazing! I loved how friendly Yvone was and responsive to any requests I made related to the service such as please be gentle with the scrub as it sometimes burns my skin after I shave my legs.
